Subway — Restaurant in North Olmsted

Just tell the people who work there to greet people by saying "Hi, can I help you?" That's all that is necessary. I made an online order here and when I arrived I went to the register to pick up my order. The woman at the register looked at me and said "Lines down there" and pointed toward the group of (obviously) lined up people.

Are you kidding me? That's what all those people lined up down there are for? There was only one sandwich on their takeout rack so I assume one of the two people there made it. Some quick math might suggest that this person might be here to pick up the order and even if they aren't it seems odd that you would greet a customer in such a curt way. Wasnt bad for a subway experience. Significantly better than the one located inside the local Walmart. That place is awful, subway shouldn't even let them use their name. Anyway back to this one. We were greeted upon entering, and they were quick and efficent.the only think preventing a 5 star is the fact that subways price point is way to high for what you are actually getting. It's the same of not more expensive then places such as pennstatio, Jersey Mike's, aabiut equal in price to firehouse. The bread is good, but for just bitrate filled cold cuts, it shouldn't cost 10+ for a meal. Some how along the way, this became Americans version of 'healthy food' their marketing team is...

We had an amazing dining experience at Subway. The sandwiches were absolutely delicious—loaded with fresh ingredients and made perfectly to our liking. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to enjoy our meal. The person working there went above and beyond to ensure everything was prepared just right. He was very helpful, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. His attention to detail and great attitude made the visit even better.
