Every time we go to this location we have never once gotten our order right. We've had food items never given to us, yet we ordered and paid for them, and never received a refund for the missing items. We've had food prepared not how we asked them to be prepared (example: if you ask for fresco style, they sometimes will just ignore that). And other times we'll just get completely different items than what we ordered, in addition to being told they're out of certain standard items... like cheese. My boyfriend worked in fast food for a good bit, and he knows that is code for "we just didn't want to open a new pack of "X" or a new container of "blank" means that you just say you're out, but you're not. The last time we went here, the drive thru worker got in an argument with someone behind us at the order microphone and told them that they were just going to close early because of them. And so they did! They closed a whole hour early because one dude was rude, and were so caught up in their argument about missing items that they ALSO flubbed our order. We were literally the only other people in line and our order was missing half the things we paid for, but we couldn't go back or get a call answered because they had closed early. Fan-freaking-tastic. This time tonight, we decided to give them one final go. One last chance. I made my order simple, 3 of the exact same thing. No special customizations, just 3 fiery Doritos tacos. That's it. I got two fiery tacos and one cool ranch. Now, if they were out of the fiery shells I would have understood if they just said "hey, look... we just noticed we don't have enough to complete your order, so we're going to take off one of them." That's fine, just tell me up front. But giving me an item I didn't ask for and making me pay for it? That's just straight up rude. I didn't order the Cool Ranch taco because I find them gross. And now, I'm stuck with it. Never give people food they didn't ask for, that's incredibly wasteful. Just take it off my order and explain the situation, it's really that simple. And just so the wrong crew shift doesn't get chewed out: day time crew, you are the only thing that deserves any kind of star in this review. You have done a good job in the few rare times I've gone in daylight. Night time crew or to whatever shift works after midnight... I wish I could give something lower than one star. Read moreOn the night of Dec. 6, 2022 there were 2 employees working the drive thru. One was male and one was female. The female employee took my DoorDash order at the speaker. I have been delivering this place's orders for years, keeping them in business during the pandemic for very small pay on my part. The order had 20 sauce packets, which I clearly asked the female employee if they were in the bag she handed me. She told me to my face the hot sauce packets were in there. I have had issues with the sauces being forgotten (which are emphasized to be important by the customers I deliver to) so I checked the bag, opening and reclosing the sticker "seal", There were ZERO sauce packets.
I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and pull around again, even though it was a long line, and ask for the packets. The female employee then refused to respond to me at the speaker after I mentioned it was me again. She would not give me the packets. This kind of behavior puts my job at risk. Read moreI have been visiting this specific Taco Bell for many years. In the past I have encountered many phenomenal employees that have worked here and have always had stellar service. This time, I was served by Anthony. Anthony was clear and concise and easy to understand even over the intercom. He took my order accurately and without any need for me to repeat myself. Anthony even went above and beyond when I asked for an odd payment arrangement. He took it in stride and didn't make any fuss over it. Yet again, this location exceeds my expectations of fast food service and it's workers! You guys are a standard that other Taco Bells should be held too. As someone who has never worked a day in any food related industry, I can only imagine what it takes to deal with people day after day, all the while remaining polite and customer service oriented. I tip my hat to you. You who work crazy hours and holidays just so I can get my Chalupa fix at 2am. Or tacos on Christmas.
