I ordered on their app. When I arrived at the store, there were several cars ahead of me in the drive thru. Not a problem. I was patient. When it was my turn to order. I was not greeted and after 5 minutes, I called Hello. I was told it would be a few more minutes. No apology, nothing. After 10 minutes of that, I got angry. I called Hello 3 more times and got no response. When I pulled around the store, there we NO cars in the drive thru. I had 4 cars behind me. I was so mad, I went to the window, told them my order number from the app and to cancel my order. The cashier looked shocked. Read moreThe North Platte, NE Burger King definitely needs some customer service skills. We stood and waited dorever, not once was acknowledged. All while the staff is fighting in front of the entire lobby. Finally when someone came to the register she was yelling at another employee in the lobby because he was late and yelling at another manager complaining about taking orders. We finally placed our orders and whdn we got them they were wrong. Again when I took it back. No one would acknowledge me again. The main manager told a customer to wipe off tables. She told him she doesn't work here. His comment was you worked for me last summer. Really?!?! Nice! The ONLY reason we stayed was because this day was my son's day and he picked the place to eat.
