As a previous reviewer stated about “Rebecca”, I was blown away by her attitude. A few friends & I entered the lobby, quite packed at the time but wasn’t an issue. She was at the register & greeted every person by asking “what do you what?” in the most rude & uninterested voice, even to this elderly couple, the woman having to use a walker. My friends each went to the bathroom & I waited back & sat briefly at a table. The entire time up until the line cleared & there were no customers to serve, she kept repeating her rude greeting. Once she wasn’t busy a shorter girl in a managers uniform had repeatedly asked her to clean line. Instead this “Rebecca” laughed & smirked & got on her phone. I didn’t overhear the shorter girls name, but she had black hair. However I did catch the guy in the managers outfit; his name was John. The shorter manager went up to John to mention how horrible she was acting. My one friend returned to the table & I told him about how much of a snot that girl was. I have seen a much needed improvement over the last month, especially with the night crew. There have been some minor incidents here and there, but comparing now to a month ago, there has been a huge turnaround. I have noticed customer service improving. More customers are being greeted when they walk in verses a half hour later. Problems that arise are now being addressed sooner than later (incorrect items, out of items, etc). 97% of my delivery orders have been ready for pickup by the time I got inside. There was one long wait time (more than 30 minutes), and that was because of a grill issue. The rest of my orders had a 5 minute wait time or less. Keep up the great work!
Old Review: Wait times are far too long. Lack of customer assistance up front at registers inside the lobby. I have seen them tell customers to use the app or ordering screen inside the store without assisting them in doing so. Delivery drivers wait far too long for orders (more than 10 minutes is unacceptable). Some days are better than others. I will consider changing future ratings when issues at hand...
