Best place in town to get an old fashion ice cream treat. Friendly staff, clean, rustic, and great ice cream. The cookies are excellent as well, perfect with some ice cream. No doubt recommended weather you’re alone or with your family. I always try to pay with cash and leave cash tips.

The reason I am making this review is from a recent visit. 3/28/21. That on a normal visit I would simply leave satisfied and happy with taking my family out for great ice cream and even better service. However this time around my 3 year old, ordered birthday cake ice cream with a sugar cone. She’s 3 and your typical 3 year old has a high success rate to drop the one and only scoop off her cone. She did. She was upset. Crying upset. Complete meltdown upset actually. They offered to replace the scoop and that was enough for me to be a loyal repeat customer. Not because they had to but because it’s a complete melt down for a 3 year old losing their ice cream. They fixed the meltdown and did not have too. Thank you double dips. Thank you, staff is excellent professional team players.

So it's kind of funny. I came to this place to drop off a delivery item for a DoorDash customer. I'm working behind the counter which I got to say she was very friendly and accommodating whenever I turned out to be the customer and purchased some fudge squares which are absolutely positively ridiculously great in your mouth. Lol! I can't give this more than five stars and that's not fair to them because the product is excellent. It's packaged excellently and the the young lady behind the desk and behind the counter. Sorry it is absolutely friendly and I provide a great service. Rare finds all of those things are rare finds in North Platte, Nebraska. Trust me, I know I'm from Tulsa, Oklahoma and to have not gotten good service in many places here and it's quite sad and very disappointing considering the small town feel. Anyways, great job! Great products. I would take a picture but the fudge chocolate budge and the caramel latte fudge is already gone. I will be seeing these folks again very...

I love seeing a small town business grow into something amazing!! This can be very challenging if you can't find that certain something that keeps the people coming back for more, a certain charm you could say. They've established a theme. First impressions are vital. I am impressed with how they restored this building's space, from the walls to the floor and all the decor. However, I think some music would set a more cheerful mood and perhaps give a more welcoming feeling to the experience; something up beat and cheerful. Service was somewhat slow, but possibly with time they will become more efficient. Competitive pricing is also a must. I feel the prices were surprisingly a little higher than anticipated. Seating was sparse, but again, hopefully this will change with the growth of their business.
