All of it, I repeat: ALL OF IT was absolutely delicious, replete with vibrant tastes, fresh flavors and ingredients, delicate sauces, every bite was an experience.
North Port should be thanking the food gods that this place exists.
Although extremely busy, the service was attentive and kind, she did a great job!
These folks know what theyâre doing, in-front and in-back of the house, plus, the fantastic art, ambience and decorations totally added to an already perfect experience.

Note: I simply cannot understand the one star reviews. All of them [seem based] on total nonsense or a knee jerk reaction to something minor. One fellow said, âgood grub, priceyâ and gave them one star!? What? đđ€
Yet the honest contrition the owners show to these reviews is commendable, as well as their gratitude and graciousness to the good ones, it ultimately shows that they care and want to provide the best food and service possible.
Owning and operating a restaurant is NOT EASY. There are a million things going on mostly all at the same time, and itâs even harder for independent restaurants to operate let alone succeed. Itâs literally up to us to see past minor inconveniences and appreciate the work that goes into it.
If a server is BUSY, like insanely weeded busy, that server probably has a billion things going on, so she or he may not have the time to laugh or smile at all jokes or comments, at that particular moment, while trying to get you your food! Itâs literally not PERSONAL and should not warrant ONE STAR!
Lastly, the price point of this establishment is ABSOLUTELY 100% NOT PRICEY! The portions are large, well crafted & presented and prepared with above average ingredients.
Sigh. Sorry⊠for the rant.
UPDATE 8/29/24: Tonight we had the Shrimp Tempura and Teriyaki Chicken Bento Boxes with the always delicious Lucy Roll. Both boxes were loaded with food, that included sushi, dumplings, rice, the entrée and a soup appetizer!

Yes, I mentioned it to server. Japanese eggs rolls were mush inside. Please quit refrying them. Makes the mushy from oil. Calamari too expensive for 10 small pieces. Tempura veggies are way too big. Fried rice isn't fried rice. It's white rice with soy sauce on it. I think y'all think we are so ignorant that we don't know this. I for one am sick and tired of getting inferior meals and at a hefty price. You've lost me as a customer. I'm single and spent $38 for just me and for not such a good dining experience. So sad. I just made real fried rice yesterday and it was delicious. Also made chicken with broccoli which server informed me that you're not a Chinese restaurant. Out of respect and trying to be fair, I left out the part where the manager accused me of lying. She said she checked with the packing staff and they ensured that the sauce was in my order when it was not. I was so shocked that this was their response over the phone. It's very clear that the response given to my review is not how they really feel, they think I'm just lying about my experience. The food was great, but buyer beware of how this business handles it when they make a mistake. They try to blame the customer, and try to gaslight them.
I called ahead and specifically asked if the chicken hibachi comes with yum yum sauce. The woman that answered the phone said yes, so I placed my order through door dash. My dasher had to wait longer than expected for my order. When my order arrived, there was no yum yum sauce included and the packaging my appetizer was in had holes burned in it from food being placed directly into the container from the fryer since they were in such a hurry from taking longer than expected. When I called to let the restaurant know about this issue I was placed on hold for 10 minutes and was told I could come pick it up myself if I wanted it.
