You cant miss the bright red building on Charles St. The ample parking lots across the street make finding a spot a breeze. The bar is huge, clean and beautifully designed. The tap system is great, loads of beers on tap. Absolutely fantastic selection. Clean menu, nice variation of foods. We ordered the Irish Tater Kegs. Extra large size tater tots stuffed with corned beef, swiss, and sauerkraut. The husband ordered "Bangers and Mashed" sausages, mashed potatoes with caramelized onions, and I ordered a Giancaria Coal fired pizza. The food was excellent, served pretty quickly, food presentation was pleasing. The staff were super friendly, informative, fun. The mix of people at the bar on a sunday afternoon was a nice mix old and young, couples, and buddies. Seating was comfortable, lighting was bright and airy. All in all a great place to try. Food wasnt too expensive.

The food was good, and we had a couple drinks. The bill came out to $80, not too bad, but a little much considering we ordering an appetizer, two entrees, a Guinness, a cocktail, and a tequila sprite. I thought they had given me the well tequila, as is typical when you don't specify, but apparently, they had given me a $17 tequila sprite. We asked the bartenders how much a typical tequila sprite is, and they told us $7. So basically, we were charged an extra $10 for a drink that didn't merit it. We will not come back because we felt swindled. The waitress was kinda short with us, and that's fine because sometimes you're not in the mood to do customer service and I get that, but that combined with the $17 drink lessened our experience.

Holy Smokes I found a treasure! If I lived here this would be my new everyday hangout and favorite eatery. Im getting Irish Spring rolls, with steak and caramelized onions with American cheese and Guinness Ketchup. Also had to try the Irish Tater Kegs which is giant tater tots with corned beef ,cheese and thousand island on top. Also having a " Magic Hour " cider to try with it. The Irish spring rolls were great, and the tots were tasty as well. I can't wait to come back here ,or the sister restaurant in Pawtucket, called Murphy's Law, and another Arigna location. I am a huge fan of their Pawtucket location and was really excited to try this one closer to home for me. I am hoping the issues we had are just the initial kinks that need to be worked out. Upon walking in there was no one at the podium to seat us. 3 waiters/waitresses passed by and asked if we were all set. When saying we were waiting for a table they said to hang on because they didn't know which section we were supposed to be seated in next. Eventually the host came back with a take out delivery and then took several minutes to figure out which section we needed to be sat in. We were sat at the pizza oven which definitely wasn't ideal for me personally. The intense radiating heat isn't my cup of tea and it would have been nice if they asked if we were ok sitting there. Roasting in front of a 600 degree open pizza oven while eating was not what I really wanted. Unfortunetly halfway through my meal I regretted not asking for a different table. I needed to box it up and leave as I was feeling very sick. My husband had to pay the bill while I stepped away. The couple that was seated next to me even moved due to the discomfort. The other draw back to the pizza bar is that the waitress had to wait on us from behind and struggled to place our food and drinks on the bar in front of us as there was no way for her to serve from the front. With a bar full of people needing to reach in between you and others not in your party was a little rude in my opinion...no fault of the waitress. I am also not necessarily a fan of the set up as people at the bar are very close to the food prep with no barrier between them and the food. I'm not so sure I'd be ok ordering the pizza here. I cannot recall if their other location has the same set up but it's just not ideal. The food was ok. My husband's steak tips came out great but my chicken alfredo was drowning in over salted "soup" to the point where I was blindly fishing pasta out of the bottom of the bowl and draining the sauce of of it before eating. I am hoping my meal was just a fluke.Overall the wait staff was friendly and the best part of the experience despite being under staffed for a Friday night. I'd love to amend my review after a return trip but it will be a while before I try this...

I was very confused when I ordered take out tonight. The pizza we recieved was visually quite different from what we ordered. (Posting a side by side pic to follow). We've ate in in the past with absolutely no issues. Scenario is, we ordered a Fresh Motz Pizza with fresh Basil. What we recieved was a typical cheese pizza with fresh basil, it was also cold to the touch. The whole scenario seemed a tad off, we were told 20mins we live down the road and we're there in 12. I made the joke "I'd rather wait for the pizza, than the pizza wait for us." The joke was on us tonight unfortunately. We did watch it walk right out of the kitchen as we knew we weren't late.

When it arrived, we called immediately politely to explain our concern. The response was equally polite, but went to the tune of "we can certainly make it again for you, but it will be exactly the same." I hesitated and pulled up the photo from thw website and truly it was a a different pizza. I mentioned the fresh motz missing and they believed it was a result of the mozzarella slabs expanding in the heat. It's possible, but it's also misrepresented on the web.

We ended up heating it in our own oven, as it truly was luke warm even with the only difference being 5 minutes. Once we reheated the pizza it was satisfactory and it truly was only a $2 difference for the fresh cheese. I can cope with that

I highly suggest ordering in. I think you'll find a far better experience. I know I have. Rating at a 4 stars, not because the quality or the staff, they were kind enough to offer remediation BUT because it's truly misrepresented online. I truly thank Cassandra and the team for trying to make it right. It was out of thier control...

Never a bad visit! Service is always super friendly and knowledgeable food is always fantastic weather busy or slow equally as attentive! I am changing my rating due to a complete decline and service over the last few months! My mother, myself and my two sons used to go almost every week.. Until the last time our waitress was awful and we waited over an hour for two pizzas that came out undercooked, a bowl of pasta with butter for my four-year-old he fell asleep before even made it to the table, and a chicken dinner for my eight-year-old which was not anything what it used to be! Finally the manager on came over to apologize which was not very sincere one the excuse was they had a big order before ours, yet a table that ordered after us received their food and left before we even received our meals!! And to top it off did not even offer to take anything off the bill! I emailed the company twice and no one ever responded back I'm all set y...may need to work on your customer service I'm not the only one who's...
