Best Taste Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in North Providence

First time ordering here on a Saturday evening and was done online. The site is useless if not used properly. No expected wait time and not far from home so we headed there after 20 mins. The staff had no idea about order and told us to wait. By the time it was ready it had been close to an hour from the time order was placed. Not to mention they were very busy noticed others walked in to order and was out before me. I recommend phone/in person ordering. The food on other hand was phenomenal we had veggie lo mein, sweet & sour chicken, chicken wings with sticky sauce, & mixed veggies w garlic sauce that was very spicy. I wish I could give a zero WHEN I WALKED IN TO PICK UP MY FOOD ONE OF THE GUYS AT THE COUNTER WAS SITTING WITH HIS HANDS IN HIS PANTS when I called to place my order I asked for a dinner special and I wanted to sub one thing, the guy said it's better to get this combo instead, it ended up being only 3 apps and when I called back to explain that he put my order in wrong they tried to tell me I was the one who was wrong and that she would sell me rice for 2.50 instead of 3 and change. And I ordered spare ribs and it had a hole in the middle like it was pulled off a skewer and put into the container NOT HAPPY WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN ID RATHER TAKE THE DRIVE TO GO...

We usually eat here quite often..,and the food has always been very delicious for dine in.., but last night we decided we would order delivery. The delivery process was great!! But the food was not !!!! It tasted old,like the chicken fingers were under a hot lamp for hours, very dry ,crunchy, and drenched in oil, so gross.., the crab ragoons were so hard and crunchy that I almost broke a tooth trying to bite into it... Worst experience with this establishment I've ever had... I would be very skeptical about ordering delivery ever again.... $30 bucks + a $10 dollar tip, right down the...
