It takes alot for me to want to leave a bad review, but sweet licks has gone down the hill. I ordered 6 small ice creams today for my family. 4 small hard ice creams in a cup, 1 small soft serve In a cup and a small soft serve in a cone. I received my small soft serve and small hard ice cream at the same time only to be given 2 different size cups. So I asked if my Hard ice cream was a small or maybe they messed up. She tells me it's a small. I said, but this is a small, pointing to the soft serve. The girl said yea I know and tried to explain why it was a different size, but couldn't come up with a good answer and then asked me if she wanted to ring me up for another scoop. I laughed and said no. Why the hell is the small hard ice cream the size of a SAMPLE CUP. The size of kiddie size ice cream??? Why isnt it the same freaking size as the soft ice cream??? Why did I pay $5 something for a sample cup???? I gave a $3 tip to the girls on top of it. Which this isn't their fault, they were trained to offer this mess. You will lose customers in the neighborhood before you know it. Especially when an ice cream shop that offers the proper sizes is 5 min away. And I was complaining about the toppings price being $1.62, until that tiny cup came out. Unbelievable. I paid $45 for samples. Since I can't reply to response back, I have to edit my review. I take my children to get ice cream from a few local ice cream shops, and not one serves their small in a tiny sample cup. They of course put one scoop, but that one scoop will always be inside that typical small cup. Never in a sample cup. You can see it's one scoop and that's fine. I'm not complaining over the one scoop, that's expected, if i wanted 2 scoops I would have asked for it. Your young crew is only doing what they were trained to do. Other than their eye rolling towads customers, they were fine. I can't imagine other customers won't give you a hard time seeing the size of that cup when asking for a small. That's an embarrassment. When someone is paying over $5 for an ice cream, plus almost $2 for one topping, and then get handed a tiny cup where you can can't even put toppings on the icecream without it falling off, it's wrong and it's a joke. I've been told many times Sweet licks was too expensive, but still wanted to give my local ice cream shop business. Now I see what they meant.

This place is wonderful. The ice cream in amazing. Thick creamy and a huge selection. Fun picnic benches and a good calm little place. Staff are always kind and very helpful. The ice cream comes soft and hard. And the shortcake sundae is soooo good. One scoop is more like two. And the kids cone is a full scoop. Just as costly as newport creamery but bigger portion by far. Thank u to the staff for dealing with my screaming BABIES lol

Cute local ice cream place that service hard & soft ice cream as well as frozen lemonade. Two things you should be aware of before going: 1 they are more expensive then other places and they charge between $1.16 - $1.62 per topping including whip cream and cherries. #2 they have limited staff, so be prepared to wait. There are usually 1 or 2 people working, but I've never been when there isn't a line, so it can take a while.

Let me start off by saying ILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.  I'll never give this establishment my hard earned money or better yet my TIME.  TODAY I wasted money and a tip, plus my time, which i value more than 5 dollars. I went there today with my family my two kids.  We all got ice-cream except my 9 year old, She ordered herself and ordered a lemonade.  I corrected her when I heard her say large and said no she'll have a medium.  Because she doesn't need a large.  Then she went about ordering, I didn't hear what flavors she got or anything else.  We get our ice cream and were sitting down on the bench, they hand out her lemonade and my husband walks over with it confused.. I look at it and its a cup of liquid.   Absolute liquid. Zero slush.  I say what is that and I walk back over to the counter, and I say I can't take this we need something else, this isn't lemonade this is juice..   the girl says..but I told you that.. and i say u told me what? You didn't tell me anything.  She said I told you the machine wasn't working and its not going to be frozen.   My daughter says, no she said it wasn't going to be completely frozen.   This was an interaction I did not hear when she ordered. So I told her, you told my daughter that and she's 9 years old she obviously didn't understand that it was going to be COMPLETELY liquid.. why would someone order liquid?   WHY WOULD U EVEN serve liquid, if the machine isn't working then it shouldn't be used.  The girl at the counter kept saying over n over but I told you...but I told you, not wanting to do anything about it.. the customers next to me see the juice and they say omg is that frozen lemonade and I said yeah.. and the customer says there not taking it back??!! I'll complain for you.   I said no there not.  So im not gna make a scene with my children there because ill start cussing and its not worth doing tht in front of my children and  to a child no less who obviously has no experience in customer service and not enough sense to not serve a cup of liquid from a machine that isn't working..   so I left the cup of liquid there and we left.  Everyone got something except my 9 year old.  Who does that to a child??!! Well never come here again and we've been here plenty of times.  Ill make sure to let EVERYOME I know to never come here again.  Shame on you guys.  I wish I took a picture but my phone was dead and didn't feel like bringing a cup of liquid to my car.    Should I have fully listened to my daughters order, apparently yes I should have but who would of thought ordering lemonade could go so wrong, if it had been some slush and liquId okay. But a full cup of liquid come on now.  Its okay though I went to Palagis right after and got my daughter real lemonade with real customer service.   Thank you palagis for your friendly service and actual frozen lemonade.  I had a talk with my daughter about anytime someone says a machine isn't working to not order that product because it won't be good and they don't have enough sense to not serve it. And please do contact me or respond so I can let you know again about your...

POOR SERVICE! i was not asked if i was staying there or leaving with it, i assumed the sundaes would be in to go cups, when they gave me 2 of my sundaes in a bowl i brought it to the staffs attention that they should be in to go cups, the staff blamed me for not asking for them to go. IT STATES NO WHERE AT THE WINDOW ASK FOR TO GO CUPS.Then The shift manager told me its my fault and handed me the worst made sudaes, they took the sundaes that were already made in a bowl and stuffed it in a cup, when i tried to ask for new sundaes i was told it was a waste and they couldn't throw out that much icecream it was 4 scoups to make a customer satisfied and they refused then closed the window in my face, when i asked to speak to a manager she said i can call tomorrow or write a review, i never write reviews its not gonna get me a refund but i want the public to be aware of the service it was a horrible experience and a waste of money!!! SENSE I CANT REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE* i was a new customer so i was unaware that your employees don't ask if its for here or to go, especially if those are your options, and the sundaes were horrible because they dumped it from a bowl and smushed everything into a cup instead of trying to fix the problem, i suggest you make it known to any new customers on your take out windows that its the customers responsibility to say if they want it in a bowl or...
