I normally don’t do reviews but my experience was so bad that I have to .... Me and my husband went out to celebrate our anniversary was our first time in this restaurant I noticed bad costumer services since we walk in the host was on the phone for over five minutes and even acknowledge us when she finally did she told us to wait for her to seat other costumers it took about 15 minutes for us to even put our name down ..... She then seat us down and the waitress come took our order for drinks..... About ten minutes after a family was seat next to us and we still had no drinks!.... We noticed after about five minutes more they got their drinks and we were still waiting...... so my husband asked the waitress about our drinks!!! Another five minutes later we finally got our drinks!! We than put our order and had to wait about 30 minutes to get a soup and only because my husband asked like three times ..... and probably had to ask another three times for our dinners..... Food wasn’t great for me but my husband food was undercook and tasted awful.... he asked to change the plate after only taking one bite ..... and the waitress said “sure” ten minutes later while we were waiting for his food (I was almost done eating so we couldn’t even had dinner together) the host comes to our table and she asked what was the-problem with the meal my husband explain it was undercook and didn’t tasted good and the host said she couldn’t take it of the check just because it didn’t tasted good!.... ( I guess she didn’t heard it was undercook he only said it like five times) she left and my husband was little upset..... He said any other restaurant would had taken off the check with not problems and he went to the host to try and cancel his new order because he wanted to leave..... I was seating there alone for about another ten minutes while he was talking with the host about all this .... I finally got sick of the situation got up and walk to the host and requested the check ( I was more concerned on how angry this was making my husband then everything else..... so I asked him to wait for me in the car and thankfully he did..... Read moreUsed to be decent. Definitely went down hill each time I’ve been throughout the years. Today will sadly be my last trip. Not only was our food undercooked but the manager debated with us over general Taos not being crispy cause of the sauce. That doesn’t effect the temperature of the food. And unfortunately the only effect that a rude manager has on a customer is a poor one. When things could have easily been fixed with an offer to make us something else or take it off the check. She really argued that there was nothing wrong with soggy raw chicken and said her reasoning was that no one else had complained about the chicken and it’s fresh made this morning?!! I’m in awe honestly. The women manager is not doing the business any justice or retaining any clients acting like that. I couldn’t believe she left us with our plates and didn’t offer to bring anything else or new. Then we asked for the check and she said ok. No one brought it. So we continued to wait an additional 10 mins thinking maybe they were reducing it or something and no one brought it. We asked for it again and the waitress snatched my boyfriends card off the table. Charged his card prior to us seeing the bill, and then asked us if we wanted a box for the undercooked food we didn’t touch. Ridiculous. We paid over $50 for a terrible experience and definitely dissatisfied with the way we were treated and the way the manager handled the entire thing. I worked in the food industry for years and never have I seen that before. Read moreNew Year’s Eve was chaotic to say the least. I was prepared to wait a while for an order, given the holiday rush, but this was unacceptable. I placed an order at 6:30pm and the website said please allow at least 60 minutes for order pickup. We drove up and parked around 8pm and the parking lot was overflowing with cars and people waiting outside. I called to confirm the order was ready and was told it would be about another 30 minutes. Finally I decided to go up and the line was wrapped around outside for people standing waiting for orders. There was absolutely no system and it was extremely chaotic. There were also over 25 people crammed into the lobby making it very unsafe for anyone to go in and check on their order. RIDoH should’ve come and shut them down for the lack of COVID safety protocol. After standing around for over 30 minutes (mind you it was now almost 2.5 hours since my order was placed), I decided it was not worth risking my health for the food so I left. When I got home I called to get a refund and they conveniently said “oh your order is ready now so we can’t give you a refund since it’s ready”. It took multiple phone calls with rude employees to be told they canceled the order and refunded me. And to top it all off, I got a call at 10pm saying my order is ready and asking why didn’t I come get it. I had been really excited to try their food but after this experience, I’m just really disappointed in their lack of preparedness and disregard for the safety of their staff and customers.
