Exceptional staff I placed an order tonight, March 26, for a large dinner box with 3 custom pizzas, and left an (admittedly ambiguous) note about topping placement for my hAngry fiancée. After some confusion about the note, the staff attempted to call me, however I am rather clumsy/stupid and put my phone number into my Pizza Hut account wrong. When they couldn’t reach me, they assumed the order was another instance in a long string of prank calls the store had been getting, and didn’t complete the order.
As soon as I came in and told them who I was, they were extremely apologetic and immediately began working on my order. They instantly spun on their heels and pushed my order through with fantastic speed, and the manager (at least I think she was the manager) a woman in a black shirt whose name I couldn’t catch was exceptional. She came to the front of the counter and drew a chart of the topping placement on the back of a receipt to make sure the order was exactly what we wanted. The food was made faster than I thought possible, the woman in red at the front counter said she corrected my phone number on the computer system for me, the pizzas taste amazing, and my fiancée and I are enjoying a nice night thanks to their exceptional service and their efforts to keep their customers (us) satisfied.
The lobby was clean, the drink fridge fully stocked, the kitchen running smoothly, and two of the guys working in the back were having fun and laughing with each other while /actively/ cleaning and from the perspective of a customer looking on, they seemed to enjoy being at work which is exceptionally rare in most businesses. The term “well oiled machine” is used often but it was accurately represented here.
Despite being farther from my house than two other locations, this has always been, and /continues/ to be my preferred location to order from because the staff consistently performs above and beyond expectations, and are always friendly.

Read moreOrder to 599 carry out pizzas his what happened they told me it would be 20 minutes my name was on the board I left the place and came back 20 minutes later asked for my order because my name was on the screen as ready I had one pizza was sitting in the hot Box and the other pizza that I was supposed to pick up was never put in the cooker or of him at that point I said I don't understand what's going on here but I would like my pizza please then they said well we're sorry for the inconvenience we're giving you $5 credit I replied I don't want a credit I just want my pizza at this point there were 3 people who came in picked up their pizzas and left by the time my 2nd pizza was done which I never viewed it at all because it seem like again they forgot to put my pizza in the oven so I had 1 pizza which was already 35 minutes late or not fresh and another 1 that I never seen I asked for my money back to girl was very nice she said yes of course it can be time another 20 minutes had passed a total of 11 people came in picked up their pizzas and left I never got my pizza this was terrible but the young lady who took my order she did the right thing she was not at fault it's the blind leading the blind nobody's assured of enough or the whole time I was there nobody checked with the guy who makes the pizzas he look like he was drunk this is messed up Pizza Hut was I mineral Spring Avenue in North Providence for over 40 years for children later at least using it once a week never had a problem like this thank you...
Read moreA week ago, I placed an order for 27 (my street). After an hour, I called to check the status of my order. I was informed that it was delivered to 20 (my street) claiming they misheard my address. I asked "ok, now what?" The employee told me to walk over to 20 to get it (yes that happened). Stunned, I did walk over to 20 but there was no pizza on the front steps and no answer to the door. I called PH back; they stated they talked to the person at 20 (???) who stated they would bring me my order. After 10 minutes I called back to request a refund since I didn't receive my order and no one came and that at this point I feared contamination. They hung up on me. I called back and they hung up on me again. I called a 3rd time and asked for a manager (Brandon), who reluctantly agreed to refund me. After 3 days, I called Brandon and stated I sill haven't received my refund. He said there's nothing he could do and that it was my problem. A week later, I still have not received any refunds so essentially PIZZA HUT...
