Worst customer experience I have had in quite some time. No acknowledgement of my presents. After a few minutes of standing below the order here sign, it seemed they finally relized they had a customer, it seemed the workers preferred talking among them selves and quite loudly i may say, about their personal lives instead of doing their jobs. 2 of them were just standing there not saying anything or seeing me. They had like 9 workers and only 2 seemed to be actually working. Another person came in after me and some how was able to be served/sandwich made/paid and left before lettuce was even thought about touching my sandwich. When it seemed I was finally going to get my food one of the workers was just mumbling about getting it Mike's way. I have never been to your sub shop so I had no clue what they were saying and one of the other girls was talking over him intentionally to another worker about there personal life and he showed no emotion or friendly attitude, didn't seem like he wanted to talk at all (not good customer service). When I finally made it to the register they just hand the sandwich over and trust me I thought about leaving cause it seemed they wanted to give it to me free, no acknowledgement of "oh did u want chips, cookies, drinks"...nothing was said to me. It seemed as if i was a nuisance and they wanted me gone. No one else was really there, but I just couldn't leave yet. I had another sandwich with the order that magically disappeared and ended up in a to go bag... its sad because that person ordered something different than what I did so they wouldn't have had a good...
Read moreHello, I don’t normally do surveys actually I never do surveys but the Team at the Jersey mikes in North Providence across the street from Lowe’s were amazing. Every time I go to Jersey Mike’s, I always forget I don’t know why but I do for the type of bread I want for my gender and that happened this time again but the difference was that the team there was OK with me forgetting about it and we’re like what do you want and I told him what kind of bread I wanted which was the Parmesan bread and they had no problem with it. If anything Doris, Luke and Oryan were apologizing to me. That’s. Special group cause I go to the Jersey mikes on Hope street, Attleboro route 1 , Lincoln and even the one in Tilton New Hampshire. There was so great because at times I’ve been to other Jersey Mike’s and I forgot to ask for the type of bread and they don’t ask And I’ve had to tell him my wife is gluten-free. I need gluten-free bread and then like oh well we already started the sandwich it’s awful. This team was fantastic. I told him what kind of bread and they were like. Oh no problem. We’ll do a new one I think I will just be going...
