Sandee's Market & Deli — Restaurant in North Providence

I’ve gotten 2 “sandees” at my visits to Sandee’s Market & Deli and was pleased both times! First was the Maple Tofu, which was a unique combo of sweet and savory. I went with the peanut sauce, which is giving Thai vibes. The sub roll was the perfect vehicle for a sandwich with these different elements. The flavor profile was awesome, 10/10 for this one! My second sandee was the Peso Tuna. This is a great take on your classic tuna sandwich married with a herby pesto base. I enjoyed this one as well but it would benefit from a heartier bread that can handle both the tuna and veggies. Accompanied with a bag of salt and vinegar chips, this sandwich did it for me, 9/10 (I had to dock for that bread but otherwise it was super tasty).

I’m not a huge meat eater, but the pricing for fresh cut deli meats are pretty competitive, and I’m told that the cheese selection is about to improve as the business builds.

Come to try a sandwich, stay for the deli, but also stay to keep trying the thoughtfully crafted...

Sooo happy to see that this place isn't your typical Highway-Robery-Priced "corner" community mart💫 Cute little place with a very nice and welcoming employee when I popped in mostly because I thought it was a great idea to place a marketplace in that plaza.

She made me a really fresh sandwich which paired perfectly with the kicka** bean salad I grabbed from their fridge to try. It ended up being a better and healthier lunch than I planned.

Self control took over so I left the pastry alone. I do hope they add to the amount of products offered now but it's a strong start. I'll definitely be back to try...

There’s nothing like a made-to-order Boars Head sandwich on fresh bread. I’m so glad to find a solid place to get that! Sandee’s has some appealing sandwiches on the menu that go beyond the basics, including vegetarian options. We decided on the North Providence and the turkey pesto melt — they were both made with care and tasted delicious. Service was friendly. Beyond the deli counter, they have coffee, seasonal produce, and convenient groceries you can grab. What a wonderful business! We will def be back for...
