Arby's — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

Customer service from all of the employees was exceptional last few times I went. I placed 4 separate orders so I could utilize the digital coupons in the app. I was anxious that they would be irritated or overwhelmed bc of me placing multiple orders all with a coupon. There were some bumps in the road as expected with placing 4 different orders plus coupons but they all literally were so patient and caring making feel like a valued customer and not a burden. I was relieved with the whole process from start to finish and all the orders were fresh and correct! They def deserve this review and I will return not placing so may orders at...

I attempted to go in the dining room and the door was locked. Just as I turned to walk away a gentleman walked out and let me in. I let the person behind me in also. I told the person behind the counter that the door was locked and he got an instant attitude and very rudely said "yeah, it supposed to be" I said oh there's no sign on the door to let anyone know.
