Wendy's — Restaurant in North Ridgeville

This place is terrible and the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. It’s slow and the staff is always rude. They never greet the customers and seem so bothered when they have to actually do their job. This last time I went will be the last time I go there. I ordered two ten piece nugget meals. I was greeted at the speaker with “order when ready.” Then I got to the window and she didn’t even greet me just took my card. I got my food and got all the way home when while I was unpacking the order I noticed there were several pieces of hair in one of the nugget containers. I don’t live far so I drive back to have the food remade. I told the girl at the counter that I was just there and showed her the food and she said these were fresh and I said yes but there’s hair in them and she said I didn’t even see that. Sorry we’ll drop another ten piece for you and walked away. I tried to get her attention to request the whole meal be made over. I was nice and polite even though it was MY food that was messed up. I had to get the attention of another worker and when she relayed the message the lady who was helping me said “remake the whole order for ten nuggets? No.” She then came to the front to speak to me about it and was very rude and had an attitude and asked “what’s wrong with the rest of the order?” I told her I didn’t appreciate the attitude or tone and she said she didn’t have an attitude and asked why the order needed remade. I told her because I drive it home and back and it’s no longer fresh. She walked away from me and remade the whole order.

Do not go here....

A regular disappointment. I dropped my rating from 5 stars to 2 just now. Almost only gave it a 1.

Huge drop in service lately. I have gotten what I have to assume is someone else's order more than once, now. The first time, I ordered one of the new BBQ chicken sandwiches. The menu picture showed crunchy onion rings, bbq sauce, pickles, mayo, cheese... a sumptuous image. I got home, opened it up to find a sad, sad chicken patty with a thin slop of BBQ sauce, a tomato, and lettuce. Almost none of those belonged there. I took it back and demanded fresh fries and the right sandwich. They let me leave with both. Perturbed, but satisfied.

Another time, I was running late to an appointment and hadn't eaten all day. I ordered, drove to the lot of my appointment, and went to satisfy my hunger... and found somebody else's meal in there. It had an extra sandwich in there and neither were the meat I ordered. I ate it anyway and rushed into my appointment. I didn't even bother reporting it coz I'm really starting to feel like this Wendy's doesn't care.

Today, I went for breakfast at 10:40a. It ended at 10:30a. Ordered a Frosty cookie sundae. Went to open it and eat it in my car... and it was a dripping and pouring and melty sticky mess threatening my upholstery. Went to DQ and ate 3 bites of it on their patio and threw it out. It was grainy and gross.

This location has a major leadership issue that the management team and owner need to fix. Let me explain. I am a resident of North Ridgeville, and my wife and I, along with our two 4 year olds were on our way to Monster Jam in downtown Cleveland. We decided to stop at Wendy’s to get some food for the ride. The total for our order was around $27. The drive through experience was fine and we actually received our food quickly. Upon exiting the drive through, my wife began distributing the food. She quickly realized we were missing a 4 piece nugget, so I parked the car and went inside. This is when the poor leadership was on full display. I politely explained I was missing a 4 piece nugget and provided my receipt. Both employees I interacted with treated me like I was trying to get something free. One employee even had the audacity to call me a liar. My time is way more valuable than $1 4 piece nugget. I have never had such a horrid and insulting customer service experience in my life. I don’t blame the individual staff members because it is evident there is minimal or no leadership provided.
