okay so I posted last night about an experience I had with Antonio's Pizza how it was very very undercooked and the guy that answered the phone did not take the call very well and did not make the order right my pizza was so undercooked that I had to cook it myself and then of course I don't know how to cook pizzas in my own oven so I burnt it and it was really crappy but I did hear back from the manager today Jason he called he was very nice and he explained what happened and he made up for it right away and I can only say that if something happens where it's a mistake and they do the right thing and they follow up and they make it right then you should give that restaurant a second and a third and a fourth chance I have complete faith in this restaurant now because the manager did do the right thing and he did call me and they did make it right and I will be ordering from them again because the pizza itself had the right amount of toppings it was just so undercooked and the kid that answered the phone just didn't handle it well but they did make up for it they did call me and I appreciate that very much I recommend this restaurant because they do stand by their product and they do stand by their...
Read moreMy experience with Antonio's started online. I was trying to order a pizza with a 20% coupon that came in the mail. After getting my order situated online (which was a failure since I couldn't add the square pizza or a salad to my order) I went to enter the coupon promo code on the coupon into the promo code box at checkout. Nope. Invalid. So I call up this store and tell them I'd like to make an order with my coupon. They said no problem but I need to bring the coupon with me. I explain that my wife, who is pregnant, hungry and has gout that is flaring up at this point, was going to pick up the order on her way from work and she wouldn't have the coupon. They said that they need "physical evidence" of a coupon. Are you kidding me? I explain the coupon has a code that I can give them over the phone (that wasn't accepted online by the way) so he checks with someone else only to return with the same answer. I took my business elsewhere. This place is so over priced I don't know anyone that orders here without a coupon. No loss here, better pizza in Parma anyways. Saved a few bucks too...
Read moreOn May 18 I ordered a deluxe pizza from Antonio's in North Royalton. I expected to get a pizza like the one on their menu or something close to it. When I got home and opened the pizza box, I was really disappointed to see what was inside. The first picture shows the pizza from their menu. The second picture is the pizza I received. I know that when you order food it's never as advertised but the pizza, I received was nowhere close to what was pictured on their menu. I don't know about you, but I am getting tired paying more and getting less. As a restaurant if you going to make food that is not like advertised then maybe you should change your menu to show what is actually being made for the customer. I have been a loyal customer of Antonio's, and I will give them another chance, but I may have to start looking for a new...
