5/5 Stars — I Was Emotionally Fed and Also Pizza-Fed Domino’s Pizza – North Royalton, OH
Okay so hear me out. I walked into this Domino’s expecting, I don’t know, a pizza. What I got instead was a full-blown spiritual awakening with extra cheese.
Jayleigh, the manager? Sweetest person on Earth. I'm convinced she was sent by the pizza gods themselves. She greeted me like I was royalty—like I was the long-lost heir to the Domino’s throne. She even complimented my eyeliner (it was smudged. She lied. But it worked.)
Then there’s Rocco. Rocco is not just a pizza maker—he is an artist, a cheese whisperer, a sauce sorcerer. This man made me a pizza so good I had to sit down and emotionally process it. He even cut the pepperoni into little heart shapes. I didn't ask for that. He just knew. Rocco said, “I just want to see you smile,” and then sprinkled Parmesan like he was throwing confetti. It worked perfectly.
And Logan? Oh, Logan. He sat down and ate a slice with me like we were in a Domino’s-based indie rom-com. He raised his slice in the air and said, “To friendship and melted mozzarella,” and I swear I heard a choir of oven timers go off in harmony.
They even dimmed the lights and played "A Thousand Miles" by Vanessa Carlton as I walked out the door with my pizza box like it was a trophy. Someone handed me a Capri Sun. Another employee tossed confetti. A bystander might’ve clapped. I don’t know anymore. They wrote me a poem inside the box, wishing me well on everything I do.
Moral of the story: if you're sad, go to this Domino’s. If you're happy, go to this Domino’s. If you're alive in any capacity—go to this Domino’s. Jayleigh, Rocco, and Logan will fix your entire life and feed you while they do it.
11/10. Would cry happy tears into garlic dipping...
Read moreToday I ordered a pizza. Due to a family inconvenience I had to leave for 4 min, at that moment the delivery man arrived and I asked him to wait for me 4 minutes but he said that first he was going to deliver a pizza next door and that he was coming back, 45 minutes passed and I called the restaurant to ask what was happening, to my surprise the manager answered me and was extremely rude. This inconvenience or the review is not because of the delivery man, he is doing his job. I'm impressed that a person who claims to be the manager is so rude, I was asking him things and he answered me with irony and mocking tone. What kind of professional is he? When I told him to please respect that I was not disrespecting him or talking badly to him, he said something quite out of tune and hung up the phone!!!!! You never do that to a customer! I wanst being rude! You can't have a person like that at the head of an establishment. It gives the chain a horrible reputation! It is a chain that is worldwide and in life I would buy there again. And hopefully someone of higher rank can hear the call and take action on the matter. If you don't feel happy working in customer service, don't do it. Hospitality is paramount in these businesses. If I could, I would give it 0 stars. Don't go or at least while that rude human...
Read moreThe North Royalton store is amazing! My in-app orders used to go to a different store and it didn't matter what time of day I ordered, the pizza tracking would stop in quality check and stay there for a very long time. Order after order arrived well past an hour after ordering. I would get an email from Dominos apologizing and giving me a free pizza but it continued until I stopped ordering.
Several months went by and I succumbed and ordered. No sooner than I put the credit card back in my purse when the doorbell rang and the pizza was delivered...not really, but it felt like it. That pizza was fresh from the oven and so good.
Thanks North Royalton store for giving me a great...
