What's the Scoop — Restaurant in North Royalton

This place is good, great service but yesterday we went and it was super busy which is expected that’s fine but when you get served please go outside and not stand around bumping other customers still trying to order. The pomegranate sorbet is amazing but my partner tried to get an açaí bowl with strawberry and banana. She claims the bananas were to green which is fine but then said their were no strawberries but I seen the strawberries with my own eyes. There wasn’t much but there was enough since all the other fruit was sold out. She ended up having to get just granola and honey. The granola was plain and the honey can’t carry on its own. The açaí was horrible, one of the worse ive tasted in a long time and she charged me $10 for a blender when i got the classic and i didn’t realize until i left but it was too busy to go back. I could have gotten a discount for them being out of all the fruit but instead...

We heard so much about this place and my wife really wanted an ice cream taco for her birthday.

Alas... we arrived a few minutes before 3 (their advertised opening time) and waited until 3:10 before leaving. No one was there to open the store! It might have been an employee arriving as we left, but we don't really know.

Another car with four people left a few minutes before us, too.

Handel's was good, though....

Edit after the store's reply: Which key? If it was the store key, the "issue" was that it wouldn't work from two miles away....

There was no one at the store. The back lot was empty and there was no way to get to the store unless the employee walked through the field behind the store.

The store opened at least ten minutes late. That's how long we were there before leaving the lot. It wasn't a huge issue for us, but it's lost...

Best Vegan Ice Cream Around! I have tried many different vegan ice cream options at different ice cream parlors throughout the Cleveland area and What's the Scoop has by far the best vegan ice cream around. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Be sure to read the Mission Statement on how What's the Scoop began that is written on their wall, it is inspiring! If you live in North Royalton, OH then you are fortunate to have such a delightful ice cream parlor in your city, if you don't live there it is well worth the drive. I don't mind the drive because I like quality. They have many blended combinations and some very healthy ingredients options and did I mention the best vegan ice cream around! Thanks...
