After waiting 5 minutes to order. Which was pointless because the communication with the woman on the other end left me questioning whether the wireless connection was crossed with the dry cleaner down the roads maybe that’s why she seemed bewildered when I asked to, “please add lettuce onion and extra pickle”. I mentioned I had a coupon for a free fry, she said something about (dry cleaning?) and confusingly added my total which was clearly for someone’s else’s order. Not mine. A free fry and a value burger for $11. Seems legit. Oh wait. She did say the addition of lettuce onion and pickle was an additional $.25. Not an issue, or wouldn’t have been had they added it. At the window: the face behind the voice appeared. Now I nearly forgot who I had spoken to as I had waited 10 minutes after I ordered. But when she got to the window, she stared blankly as I held up the app with a coupon. A solid minute passed. Knowing there were now vehicles behind me in the wait line, I snapped her from the trance by saying it was my coupon. Blinking her dry eyes she turned one or more of them my direction and asked for a paper coupon. Ummm huh? “ No I have got this. Here’s the code. “. Almost losing her to another glossed eyed trance she backed up looking for the manager. Maybe he was a shift lead. Because he promptly left the burger station said were true” , “Fight or Flight” panned across her blank eyes like the breaking news on NBC News. 6 minutes later I paid the manager my new total. Which included $.25 of fresh additions and 2 extra fry sauces. Well imagine my surprise when there were zero pickles. A piece of lettuce that I found under the onion slice. My $3 burger was not consumed by myself or anyone else in my family including being rejected by a hungry poodle. 25 minutes and $4 I’ll never get back. Tell me to tell you to steer clear...
Read moreWe came in as a group of 10 (5 adults and 5 children we are Caucasian adults with mixed Polynesian children), for a little girl's birthday. One person sitting inside eating, and no one in the drive through. We stood in line waiting to be greeted by the 4 employees behind the counter. Eye contact was made by every single one of the employees. But no help. Two of the adults made comments to the employees that we were ready to order. We waited 10 minutes for them to come take our order and they still ignored us. There was a group of men (they were brown) that came in and they were helped right away. While we were were still waiting to helped. We decided to just place the orders on the app. Once we said that an employee came over and asked if we were ready to place our order. If it wasn't a child's birthday we would have left. Another family of 5 (also Caucasian) came in and they were waiting for a whole before the employees came to help them. But we were extremely disappointed in the service and being passed up while being obviously discriminated against.
Update: Parts of our order came out wrong. One of our group ordered a rodeo burger and added, lettuce and tomatoe. No lettuce or tomatoes were to be found. Another in the group ordered the Whopper with cheeseand bacon. Again no cheese or bacon were to be found on the sandwiche. We did go up and request for them to add the cheese and bacon to the Whopper and they remade it. The one who ordered the rodeo burger said it wasn't worth our time to wait longer and just consumed her burger. The sauces that came with the meals also didn't come with the meals we, and the extra ones we did pay for were not included. So we had to go ask for those as well. Overall not a great experience. Keeping the rating...
