I usually don't give bad reviews but this place deserves it. The last time I went I got the cinnamon twist and a frozen Baja blast. The twist were fine but it took them 10 minutes to get me the frozen Baja blast. By the time I went to have it, it was completely melted. I would have asked them to remake it but I was on my lunch break and couldn't since it took them so long to get me the first one that I didn't think it would take them less time. My most recent trip (today) I stopped on my lunch break through the drive through instead of inside since it took a long time inside. A gentleman asked dif I was using my reward points and I said no. Then a lady came on and asked what I would like. I said 2 bean and cheese burritos but shredded cheese instead of nacho cheese. I had to repeat myself 2 times. She said 2 bean burritos and I said no and repeated what I wanted a 3rd time. Then a different lady came on and asked what I wanted and I repeated what I told the previous lady and had to again repeat myself 2ce. The second lady said 2 bean and rice burritos. I had to repeat myself again (6th time now). And the lady said ok would you like hot sauce I said no. I went to the first window to pay (almost $6) after the person in front of me was done. When I got my bag I opened it to check my burritos before leaving and sure enough everything I didn't ask for including hot sauce. I have it back immediately and let them know this is not what I ordered. After about 5 minutes of waiting I finally got my beans and cheese burrito back and made sure to check before leaving and it was correct this time. It took them 3 workers, almost 10 minutes, and me repeating myself 6-7 times for them to get my food right. Don't coming to this Taco Bell if you want your food made...
Read moreI went to pick up my mobile Order through the drive through. When I went to the window the lady had walked over and told me someone was in the lobby picking up my order. I was extremely confused and confirmed my order was under the name Caitlin. She said yes and the lady in the lobby is picking up for Caitlin. I didn’t understand what was going on and started pulling up my order on the mobile app. She asked if I was bringing up my order and told me there was no need as she was going to give the order to the lady in the lobby. She had stepped away and came back and asked me for my order again. She must have realized there were two different orders for two different Caitlin‘s. She never apologized or explained the confusion. She told me I needed to park for 10 minutes for the Chalupa‘s. After being parked for 15 minutes I went inside. I asked if the order was ready. Another lady who just walked in said I don’t know and mumbled something under her breath. I asked her to go check as no one else could go and ask. The customer next to me commented on how rude they were to me. I didn’t even realize the lady employee throwing her hands up and talking about me till the customer next to me pointed it out. I had my 4 year old daughter with me and just wanted to leave. I asked for my money back and explained my whole encounter in the drive through. Because I ordered on the mobile app they couldn’t give me my money back and the phone number on the app is only during business hours. The whole encounter was unnecessary and a waste of time. I couldn’t believe how rude they were to me and I was soo...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars, I would because after waiting for nearly an hour, we left without our food. Staff was slow and rude, store was dirty.
We walked into the lobby on a Saturday night after placing a mobile order and it was full of people waiting for their orders. They seemed busy so we were patient and were willing to wait because we had already paid through the app. After 45 minutes and ONLY 1 person walking out with their order, we asked to cancel and for a refund. Apparently, they can't do that in store so for now, I lost my money and have low expectations of seeing it again.
The biggest problem was the staff. They claimed to be "so short staffed" but there were at least 8 people working and moving at a snail's pace... how many people do you really need, especially when none of them are working the registers anyways?
Their solution to the long lines was to ask people the order that they arrived so they could try to make everyone wait "their fair share of time." My fair share of time for Taco Bell should be a MAX of 15 minutes. Many of the people waiting were DoorDashers who were being given priority, as was the drive thru. How about you just fulfill the orders in the order that they were placed? It really isn't rocket science...
The staff and manager were extremely rude. I will never return to...
