Horrible Service - Unprofessional Assistant Manager

I usually don’t leave reviews, but after my recent experience at this location, I felt compelled to warn others. I stopped by to grab a quick burrito, but the service was absolutely terrible, all thanks to the assistant manager on shift.

First of all, the assistant manager was incredibly rude from the moment I walked in. I was waiting in line when he started talking loudly to one of the employees about how he was "so done with this shift" and how "no one knows what they’re doing." It was awkward and unprofessional, especially considering I was right there, waiting to be served.

When it was finally my turn to order, he didn’t greet me, barely acknowledged me, and seemed more interested in his phone than helping customers.

To top it all off, my order was wrong. I didn’t realize it until I got home, I specifically asked for an extra side of baja vinaigrette and I was given none. When I called to ask if I could get it corrected, the assistant manager answered the phone and was even more dismissive, basically telling me I was out of luck.

I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon. The food might be decent, but with service like this, it’s hard to justify coming back. If the assistant manager can’t even handle basic customer service, this place has a lot of work to do. 0/10, do not recommend.

This is one of my favorite places to eat around the area, but I noticed they preparing to close, earlier and earlier and earlier. All the carpets were rolled up and chairs were stacked 1.5 hours before they closed. Other customers kept asking if they were closed or not. Lately when I go there to get dinner and they start preparing to close that early, the service feels rushed, and I feel unwelcomed. I feel like I inconvenienced the staff by showing up an hour and a half before closing time. It also appears as if they are whispering amongst themselves in front of the customers that showed up during this rush. I like to sit down and enjoy my food when I go out to eat, but that wasn’t even an option because all the chairs were put away as if they are trying to not have customers dine in…1.5 hours before close. Me and my bf went there Monday for dinner since I’m pregnant to get food we got a chicken and rice bowl the next day I was non stop puking I have not ever been like this during my pregnancy two days later my bf finshs my bowl bc I didn’t want it and I didn’t think about it making me sick and the same amount of time later my bf is vomiting every 30 mins 5 times in a row just like how I was right after eat the bowl if I could have Gaven them negative stars I would and I’m the type to never write a review never did it till now and that tells you how bad it was I will never go to this one again bc food poisoning is horrible and it sucks bc I really like burrito shak but it that is no fun when your 15 weeks pregnant and can’t really take anything to stop that feeling...
