Wings Chinese Food — Restaurant in North Township

I’m pretty disappointed I don’t even live far from this place. It’s my first time here and last time. Ordered orange chicken and I got super soggy chicken with alot of sauce! The flavor is passable if you’re really hungry like I was. But is it good is a great no no it’s not I’ve had way better orange chicken than this. The second item I ordered was a shrimp lo mein I am also disappointed because I asked for a small and they literally gave me basically a cup of lo mein and it’s the first.usually it’s a bigger size then that little tiny cup. The second thing wrong with my noodles was my shrimp wasn’t fully cooked, and the lo mein has a lot of juice which usually looming has a little bit of juice and it’s mainly dry if you have a shrimp lo mein or a vegetable lo mein they don’t add a lot of liquid. The third thing about it was I paid $14 with something cents and I am not happy with my food at all. I’m pretty disappointed also in the food sizes. And I don’t even want to start on the place it looks dirty in the front and I saw a couple insects crawling on the wall it looks similar to a cricket just a little bit smaller and the color brown I don’t know what type of insect it was. I would rate this a -2 but I’m just gonna keep it at two stars because the guys customer service was nice and I ended up leaving a five dollar tip and that’s what I really appreciate because customer service is very important usually some Chinese restaurants they’re very rude and I was surprised that he was very nice and I appreciate that that’s why I rate the place to stars. Food was great the first time we went for take away.. but something happened between then and now(last night 4/27/2023) because the quality of the food was majorly below-par and was mostly inedible and had to go in the trash immediately Out of the four dishes we brought we were only to eat one or two.. we bought the orange chicken (the whole container was thrown in the rubbish bin) the lo mein was disgusting (went into the rubbish bin) the fried rice was edible, fried noodles were nasty 🤮 and the veggies were limp and and the sauce was 🤢 gross. My entire family were beyond disappointed ☹️ it's crazy how this restaurant hit a home run the first time but majorly strikes out recently I could never see myself ordering anything from here again. If you want good authentic, quality Asian food you best go to "Asian kitchen" you will never be disappointed. I'm completely done with "Wings" they need to have more quality control over the food there. I wanted to try something new… the rating said you are a 4.5 out of 5. I’m Not really sure how. My order was wrong! Even after she chases me down because the order was wrong even before I left the parking lot. Then she said it was the correct order. It wasn’t!

I spent more time driving back and fourth. For not so great meal. The front counter person she didn’t even have my order put in to get started… knowing I was coming back because she got it wrong! Not even a apology for getting it wrong. Making me drive there 2 times. Then making me wait 25 additional minutes while she called another person up before, started my food that she got wrong in the 1st place. Not any sort of I’ll take any amount off. Not a offer a drink while I wait for you to fix your mistake! Nothing! Absolutely the worst customer service! The food itself was mediocre at best. Even when I put no tomatoes. I still got them! Just awful… I guess I’ll go back to the usual Chinese restaurant… because...
