Dunkin' — Restaurant in North Township

I’ve come to this dunkin since it opened and it was great until one specific person came to work there. Not that I personally have a problem with her it’s the other way around , she definitely has a problem with my boyfriend and I. Every time we go to order and she’s working she always says they aren’t serving sandwiches. The last time we ordered on the app and everything was fine until we got to the window and she tells us we are going to need a refund because there’s no sandwiches but that she can still give us our two drinks. So my boyfriend very politely asks “does the refund have to be through the app”? She ignores him closes the window an walks away. We think she’s going to get us the drinks she told us she would still give us. After 10mins or so she comes back to the window with two bags of food and our drinks. I was confused and I looked into the bag and saw there was the sandwiches she said weren’t there to begin with. My boyfriend tells her thank you (still confused) and she completely ignores him and closes the window. We drove off kinda scared to eat our food.When we got home we saw that there was still two items missing that she said they did have. After this my boyfriend made a complaint mainly needing a refund for the missing items. All this happened on the weekend and the store manager Claudia , called my boyfriend at work to ask about the worker (the one that was rude) and she told my boyfriend personally that his next meal will be free all he had to do was mention her name Claudia. Today on August 28th at 12pm we ordered some food a two drinks. We waited at the window for 15 mins or more and that SAME lady came to the window and told us the price. My boyfriend stated that the meal was free because Claudia said so HERSELF to just mention her name once again. She then tells us that she can’t give us the food for free because Claudia isn’t there. So my boyfriend tell her okay no thank you for the food then and we drive off. Mind you we would have had no problem paying but since the meal was supposed to be free and the lady didn’t even try to ask Claudia by calling her or anything just said no to us we drove off to avoid any further conflict. And as we drove off she complained and said she made all this food for nothing. Every time we see this lady we are very polite to her but for some reason she just dislikes us very much. No good customer service at all. What's to expect from east chicago. The little girl at the window had attitude towards me. Service was slow. I put mobile order in at 5:12am i pulled up to the window & they tell me to pull up to wait for my order. I wait & wait finally after 40 mins of waiting total since I put mobile order in. I reverse & ask about my order & she gets attitude saying yes we have to wait for ovens and rolls her eyes. Like why fo they put people like that to handle customers?! Put someone friendly not someone mad that they have to work. On top of all this this isn't 1st time they do this they take so long I was late to work because I had to wait. I seen employees walking in barely at 5:15 am when it states they open at 5am. Very unprofessional to be walking in late to work while orders are waiting. I asked for condiments & she purposely didn't put any or any napkins. I will never order from there ever again. DO NOT recommend. I'll drive the extra mile to go somewhere else. On Tuesday I order a hot coffee and a donut and they try to give me icedcoffee soil paid for that ans for the hot coffee is about a dollar less and never give me my change so today that I got there I ask the girl at the window and I said a word that I always say tacuache but I dint mean it to offend anyone and on the back a hear the older lady start telling that I have to respect everyone and dont call names to the people ... so I told her I talk like that and I dint mean any disrespectful to anyone .. but she Got mad and I told her to calm down that's how talk and she started yelling at me so I talk to her back telling her to comedown.... I am a costumer that I been coming to this establishment since they open and am a costumer that come every single day for months and a whole year around.. but now with this they just lost a round year costumer.......
