I live out of town and needed to order a floral arrangement in East Chicago. I ordered an arrangement online from East Chicago Floral for a family member's birthday based on the online photo. Absolutely beautiful floral arrangement! Fresh seasonal flowers in fall colors arranged by florist exactly in the way we wanted. Florist was attentive to our wishes and was a joy to work with over the phone. We wanted this arrangement for a funeral; yet, it is perfect for any event.

I ordered flowers from here on Valentine's day and I was extremely disappointed. I been to several different shops and never had a complaint. I recieved 1/2 a dozen roses which were decent at best. It also had 3 lillies w/ 3 Sun flowers which were all dead. It all came crammed into a tiny square vase. I was given the impression that it would come into a much larger one. All in all the flowers are dead except the roses and I didn't recieve any feed. I love to Supporr local business But...
