Wendy's — Restaurant in North Township

HERE IS A TRUE STORY—The man took my order right. 2 cheese burgers. 2 hamburgers 🍔 I get to the window and some little angry hateful girl only gave me 2 burgers. I said i ordered 4 burgers, this girl yells “IF YOU WANT MORE BURGERS YOU GOTTA PAY FOR IT!!!”

I explained I already did, she doesn’t believe me. Big hassle by a short person. Who DOESNT KNOW HER JOB. I try to hand her my receipt. Refused to take it. A white girl tells me I have to move my vehicle because they’re getting yelled at because the lines not moving ... um if the lines not moving how is EVERYONE YELLING AT YOU??? Only 1 car parked in front of the order menu anyway.

😡angry girl Throws the bag out the window and I barely was able to catch it before it hit the ground. I asked to talk to a manager , I was told no. I asked a few times. I waited!

Get this: the manager asks what’s the problem? We’re working on your burgers now. How can that be when the short angry girl threw the 2nd bag? Duh 🙄 look on her face.

I even asked this short girl “why you SO angry you gotta throw my food at me?” She replies with a snarl “if I threw it at you I woulda hit you! “ as she pulls her mask down to scream at me. Yuck 🤮 What a three ring circus 🎪 this place is.

I was going to ask for my money back as every employee stood in a group not working but watching the short girl throw a fit. Center of attention blah blah blah.

Wendy’s managers you need to control your employees and teach them THAT EVERYONE DESERVES RESPECT NO MATTER THE SKIN COLOR. if that angry little girl can’t play nice go find another job.

You keep racism going with that attitude!

Strange thing... my husband goes one day, orders, drives to the pick up Window. The angry little girl stood up from leaning on the counter and walked away... a white man handed my husband his food.

Go to Wendy’s at another location unless you like your food thrown at you, yelled at, treated badly, threatened to be hit... *your threats and anger will land you in jail one day.

Somebody might smash your face in eventually if you continue to act a fool. The manager was clueless too. What a joke. They were gonna give me 6 burgers.

Careful they don’t spit on your food , I looked at the burgers, there was SPIT on them. Threw them in the trash , Lord knows what she did.

My advice to the angry little girl-treat ppl nice. Your problem is not my problem. YOU ARE THE ONE WHO SCREWED IT UP AND HAD A MELTDOWN. Control yourself.

BOYCOTT THIS STORE. THEY OBVIOUSLY DONT LIKE WHITES. as the little girl refuses to hand a bag to a white Person. The white guy serves whites? Is that How this works. ???

So today I went to the Wendy’s and normally I go in the afternoon and the managers and the servers are normally very pleasant today I went in the evening first of all there was a line that was really really long in the lobby and while around the building I always go in at the lobby because I want my food made bread and I’m willing to wait well today I made the same request and the register operator her name is Thomasina she had the worst attitude ever she was speaking very rude to people including myself and disrespectful so when she threw my food on the counter I checked it none of it was fresh so I have them do it again and I said I don’t like your attitude I don’t care that was a gentleman standing in line and he said can you come take my order that was her job to take orders and he said I’ve been waiting here for a long time he goes I’ll be there when I get there and the manager was really got freaking awful her name is Tammy I asked for the district managers number corporate number they told me they weren’t allowed to do that I preferred boy in the daytime hours because the staff is so much more nicer and I really don’t want to pay my money to be disrespected Bye rude disrespectful young people entitled people who think you owe them something but I will be fine it up the district managers number and corporate because I’m going to complain I see there was another one in here about...

OMG!!! Where should I begin. I went to this Wendy's tonight when I have got out of school. The service here is terrible. The young lady that worked first window on drive through tonight on 7/17/2023 at 10:15 pm, is very unprofessional. Really if you have someone work drive thru make sure they know how to speak clearly and enunciate words. So I place my order after being confused on what she was saying. She says pull around to first window. I goes to the first window clearly no one is standing at the first window. I decided to pull to the second window. The woman handed me my drinks. The young girl yells out the drive thru window and said "excuse me you didn't pay". I told her of course I didn't you wasn't at the window. So I stated can this woman who gave me my drinks take my card. So the the lady takes my card, rings my food, and gives me my receipt. Why is it this cook comes from the back and look and say "She Ugly".🤣🤣 I proceeded to tell him you ugly too. To bad the inside was not open cause they would've been calling Griffith police on me tonight. The customer service is horrible and this was my first and last time going to this Wendy's. You really need to fire these...
