Nice people and tasty bubble tea, but you have about a 50% chance of getting one each time you go.

In my last handful of visits: Put in an order online. When picking up they were out of large straws for boba and said they would have more in a few minutes. 45 minutes later there were still no straws. Had to drink my tea while the bubbles stayed at the bottom. Bummer. Put in an order online during their stated business hours. Order accepted, card charged. Walked up to the location to find them closed with a locked door, lights off, stools up on tables. No bubble tea. Bummer. Fortunately later got refunded. Put in an order online. When I showed up there were about 7 customers hanging around, with no one who worked there on location. Other customers said the employee had to step out and would be back in about 15 minutes. I guess I should have just made my own tea?

I want to love this place, but they really need to step up on running a reliable food...

Throughout my travels my wife and I make it a point to try the bubble tea wherever we go. And LimeRed fell short for us... Not that it was terrible. But it had a few things against it. One being the flavors were off. We both ordered taro and it was simply not taro. There was a hint of it buried under jasmine flavor. Not sure what happened there but the drinks also had a slight grain to it due to it not being completely mixed right away. Pricing is about average except for the small size which is 4.50. Just makes sense to pay 50 cents extra for a large. Lastly for a place that highlights bubble tea, there are only a handful of flavors. That being said, the Boba and sweetness levels were decent. And maybe if I had wanted jasmine it would have been good. But I just haven't had enough to warrant a 2nd visit personally. Perhaps if the...

I come here very frequently and although I always get tasty bubble tea it seems every time I want to try to get a macaroon they never have them out or want to get them almost every person I see and ask there gives me a attitude. I went in one night at 630 the kid had not one macroon out so I asked and he said nope sorry all out but I know from experience they never run out it's just a matter of taking them out of the freezer... So I checked online and it said they had all of them and proceeded to order them online at about 645pm and sure enough he packed them up for my online order.
