Urban Outfitters — Local services in Northampton

My experience at this store was terrible. I was shopping with my girlfriend and we were innocently walking around when we decided we would leave not seeing anything we liked. We were just out the door when an employee came out the door after us and loudly and angrily accused us of stealing a pair socks, and told us that we were no longer welcome in the store. I went back after her to tell her that we had done no such thing and offering to have us searched. She acted very rude and impolite, and we will not be coming back to this establishment. The employee's who were working at the time I went in were super rude. Not helpful at all. When I asked them a simple question it seemed like I was bothering them by expecting them to do their job. Clothes are extremely overpriced and fall apart shortly after a couple washes. That is if you are able to find anything in there. The whole place is chaotic, no rhyme or reason to anything. This UO location is very clean, tidy, and well staffed. Staff members are very attentive, kind, and helpful !! I went shopping with my friend, and the employee was helping us find size 30 pants on clearance. I had great conversations with all the employees during my visit; no one is pretentious or rude. While the items at full price can be spendy, urban always runs great deals in the back of the store. Check out the clearance and sale !! I got a new pair of jeans AND a new winter coat for $5 each.
