Every Sunday after work I stop and get 2 extra large coffee’s and I give 1 dollar tip. A couple weeks ago the young lady grabbed the tip out of my hand and never said Thank You. Every day at every Dunkins I leave a dollar tip for 2 extra large coffee’s. That is 7 dollars every single week, plus the cost of my coffee. I do this to show how much I appreciate what you do and to thank you for making my coffee. I work very hard for my money and I don’t have to leave you a tip but I do. Read moreI hope it was a simple and unique issue...however DD has always been about speed/convenience/ accuracy. You depend on them to destroy the AM brain fog! Unfortunately, the simplicity of the $6 meal deal befuddled this location/service. Both coffees were incorrect to the order and undrinkable. This particular location is on a 1-way highway and there is no easy way to return even if you noticed quickly. The corporate feedback loop via the app is largely crude and cold too. They start with a blind points offer to make you go away, and if you try to leave any real feedback, it feels largely unwelcome as well. Read moreEven though there was a line for service, it wasn't a long wait at all. The employees are kind and friendly to each other and the customers too. This is a Dunkin' Donuts I would recommend stopping by to order. Great, happy atmosphere.
