Dear Lord these workers are so unsanitary, I'm scared to know what goes on behind the scenes with what I experienced today. First off, the line server with the long black and pink braids assisted the person in front of me with their food, checked them out with their gloves still on, and then came back and was going to prepare my food with the same gloves she just used to operate the register... I had her change her gloves before assisting me. Then, another worker came to help as there were people behind me, looked like he maybe could have been a supervisor given the collared shirt he was wearing. Anyways, he answered his cell phone in the middle of wrapping this customer's burrito, hung up, put the phone down on the counter, and continued wrapping the burrito... BARF I can only imagine how many germs are on that phone, absolutely disgusting. I can't imagine the call could have been that important but if it really was the gloves should absolutely have been changed before touching that customer's food again. I've contemplated leaving a review many times because outside of these nasty unsanitary actions, the workers are really just incompetent and rude. Many times I've came in, been the only one in line and had employees walk right past me without saying a damn thing. One time, I waited for minutes with employees walking by not saying anything to me when finally the shorter girl with poofy curly hair, presumably a supervisor based on the shirt, came over put gloves on, still didn't say anything to me, and then ripped the gloves off and told another employee to "do it tour damn self". Everytime I visit this same girl is cursing loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. Why do I keep coming back you may ask? Because I love Qdoba and this one is only minutes from my work, but after all this I think I'm just gonna have to go down the road to Chipotle if I need to get my Mexican fix on my...
Read moreThis was my first time at this location, and I was excited to give it a try. The customers service was top notch, the girl who was helping me was kind and willing to explain everything. My partner and I paid and sat in to eat, the food itself was bland.
While we were eating that’s when things took a turn. It was a very slow day, a few employees from local places came through. Everyone was friendly, and as things slowed down the two employees that were working front of house took a seat for a few minutes. No biggie, it happens.
A manager comes in and immediately starts berating the employee who helped me earlier in the day. Now it’s a screaming match between the both of them, the other employee who had just been sitting down had luckily gotten up a few minutes prior to the manager entering so he was not getting yelled at. The manager seemingly fires the girl and he goes to the back of the store. The girl stays seated.
After this business starts to pick up and the manager comes back to the front of house and the atmosphere is … tense. I’m gobsmacked that this has really just happened in front of me. I was deeply uncomfortable and left as soon as more customers came in. I hope the girl is okay, there were so many different ways this situation could have been handled, and this was one of the worst ways.
Needless to say I wouldn’t...
Read moreI’m writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your location. My family and I are loyal customers, and QDOBA has always been our favorite Mexican restaurant due to the great taste and generous portion sizes. Unfortunately, our visit today was extremely disappointing.
I ordered two burrito bowls, but the person preparing them gave noticeably smaller portions than usual—about half a scoop of beans and chicken instead of the standard full scoop. When I asked to double the chicken (which I always pay extra for), he added barely half a scoop more, not the two full scoops that doubling should include.
Additionally, the quality of the food was unacceptable. The queso we received (on nachos and a spicy queso which we buy separately ) was extremely watery, and the guacamole had a spoiled smell that made it inedible. The nachos themselves were also undercooked. We ended up throwing away the entire meal due to the poor quality, especially the rotten guacamole.
This experience was frustrating and disappointing, especially coming from a location we’ve trusted and enjoyed for so long. I hope you will look into the quality control and staff training at this location, as this visit did not reflect the standards we’ve come to...
