The Paper Store — Local services in Northborough

I visited this paper store tonight to buy the chocolate I was looking for, found my chocolate and made my way to the register. “Jess” if that’s even her real name, rung out my 3 items, then proceeded to literally pick up what was very obviously my purse off the counter in front of me, and spread it open to look fully inside of it. extremely rude workers. Went to checkout and got told “ You never said you were ready to checkout” as if i have to state that in order for me to make my purchase. I was kind and simply said “yes I am ready” which then followed with a disgusting look from both employees like I did something wrong. The folks at the Northborough location are so nice and thoughtful. They were fulfilling an online order for me, and called to check everything was correct so that I would get the right items and so that there was no need to make exchanges in a pandemic climate.
