Dunkin' — Restaurant in Northbridge

Worst. Dunkin' Donuts. Ever. I have gone to this Dunkin many times over the years because it is the closest to where i live, and they have a drive thru which is nice in the winter, and at 5:30am. They are the SLOWEST i have ever seen, and i have probably been to 30 or more different DD's in MA, RI, VT, CT. I have thought that maybe it was a bad day, or training new people, or someone ordering 4 breakfast sandwiches, but NO it is always the same slow, crappy service for years. I usually go around 5:15am to 6:30 am Mon-Fri and have even tried on weekends as well, always 5-6 people behind the counter, maybe 2 or 3 customers in total between drive thru customers, people inside sitting/ordering and ALWAYS it takes me like 10 min to get a Lg. Reg Coffee ( that is it ) no food, just a coffee. I have actually worked at a DD for over 2 years, so i know what it takes to do the job. There is no excuse for the slowwwwwwwww, poor/rude customer service they offer. I now go to the Hess DD in Whitinsville with one person working the counter, get my gas for my car, stand in line to get my coffee and STILL get out faster than i would going to the other DD's drive thru with one car in front of me just getting a small coffee. What is the deal??? Also the breakfast sandwich's they make are inedible, the egg tastes sooooooo soggy and gritty ( maybe don't put them in the warmer for 2 hours ). What ever happened to Dunkin Donut’s coffee? I grew up outside of Boston and it was good coffee pretty much a nice coffee back years ago where they maybe did things better then today. Now when I get a cup of coffee it’s either a hit or a miss but I’ve been disappointed and can’t taste it.It isn’t inexpensive either so when you are spending over $5 and the other person tasted his and he said it tasted funny and he thought mine was watery I must be right sometimes. I think maybe the management needs to show how to do the coffee right to the employees so it will taste like a decent cup not watery like milk and water 😫. Someone I know used to be in management at another location and said that they need to stir where the coffee is kept like in a huge container, or at least work harder to make sure it’s going to taste good for the price that’s being charged. I go there every morning as well because it's the closest. There is a manager there that has bad attitude towards any customer. They always get my order's wrong. Coffee is way too hot to sip, I always get a coconut blueberry hot. But it always tastes like cherry or raspberry with loads of sugar, or it tastes like hot water with sugar. I went in to exchange and the manager said there was nothing wrong with my coffee. I have been to numerous dunkin donuts all over, same coffee tastes perfect. This location sucks. When they finally fixed the coffee, she said to me well maybe if you did not ask for so much cream it would taste better.
