Clean store, but unfortunately both drinks from our mobile order were wrong. Ordered a matcha tea latte and was given a coffee with a little foamed milk and matcha powder. Chocolate cream cold brew used just the regular cream instead of chocolate. We didnt have time to wait for the drinks to be remade correctly. Hi, am in this store now and the overhead music is on and the music from the kitchen is blaring. It's completely overwhelming. I asked one of the employees if they could adjust the music in the kitchen so it wasn't audible in the front of house. He was very dismissive and nothing was done about it.
