Dunkin' — Restaurant in Northfield

I might’ve visited this Dunkin for the last time. When you make a simple request here it’s as if you’re asking for the most complicated thing ever. Today I ordered two 5 count munchkins for my kids. They gave me a single 10 count. You’re probably thinking “5 and 5 makes 10 so what’s the big deal?” Well it’s a little bit of a deal when you have two kids in the back of your car, you’re the one driving, and it’s raining outside. That’s the problem. So I spent two minutes trying to explain to this lady why I need a second cup. My other issue is when I order iced coffee sometimes I ask if they can stir it instead of swiping the cup. I don’t ask because they are my servants. I ask because they’re literally taught to stir the drink and not swirl it. Only because you don’t mix the drink and there’s a bunch of sugar piled at the bottom of your drink. I started traveling 3.5 more miles further to the Dunkin in English creek just to get an iced coffee. They always stir my drinks, and they’re consistent. I probably won’t visit the one in tilton road again.

I will say that the store manager is a nice guy, a few of the morning staff are really nice, and when I’ve been there in the evening the guys working are pretty laid back and make the drinks the right way. It’s just a select few in that opening to lunch time window that make your...

I used to come here every Friday before I went to work the coffee would be warm cold burnt depends on who was working done would make it fresh but would give it to you with coffee grounds in it then started to come here every Saturday morning coffee is like warm never hot today I came n the coffee was like warm drive around n told the lady she put steamed milk in it to make it hot I don't like streamed milk in my coffee the the man employee gave me now this is three coffees already same thing it's like warm so he makes it again n puts steamed milk in it I went in side told him he said you said is t wasn't hot I said because it wasn't I don't want steamed milk in coffee and this was 6:45 am I told him forget it to give me a refund he said the coffee is hot like hell it is four coffee two with steamed milk to make it hot and two regular Luke warmed ones they ate as bad as Somers point Dunkin n...

Don't recommend at all. This Dunkin Donut is a health hazzard and disgusting. Went with my kids around 11 am at this dunkin donut. We ordered 3 egg and cheese sausage croissants. All of them came cold. How can you serve cold meat thats not in the proper temperature. Truly it was cold, I'm not exaggerating. I went back and asked a worker to redo it. After waiting they end up handing my sandwich to a different customer . So after the customer open the sandwich and touch it with their hands they end up serving me the same sandwich.
