Before yesterday, my family loved this restaurant. We ate there regularly. Yesterday, however, my kids got a nasty bout of stomach flu from the chicken finger basket. Hey. These things happen. I called the store to let them know. It’s good to warn the establishment. The manager was so nasty to me. Rather than asking about if our children were okay or apologizing for our situation, she said that it wasn’t possible that the kids got food poisoning because she ate the chicken fingers for lunch that day and felt fine. So it must be something they ate last night. What?! Yeah I know... Then she said, “well I don’t know what to tell you. You can call the owner but I don’t know what you want.” How about an apology or some empathy and consideration that our children are sick? Yup. So. My husband went up there to speak to the owner. But the manger was there. No owner. :( Still the manager refused to apologize. However she did thank my family for bringing the issue to her attention. I guess that’s about all we are going to get from her. I have the feeling that the owner would be more considerate. So that’s why I’m giving two rather than one. At any rate we can’t go back to QBC. No one deserves the treatment we received. It’s too bad... the burgers...
Read moreThe mushroom Swiss burger was fabulous! It was handmade, cooked on a grill. It was delivered to our table super fast. I also had mashed potatoes and gravy. They were also homemade, creamy but firm with a few potato peels served with lots of chicken gravy, excellent! My husband's BLT was also excellent with lots of freshly grill-fried bacon, way thicker slices than most BLTs. The Quarterback Club is family friendly and very affordable. The ambience is really nothing but the food was served quickly, fresh off the grill, and generous portions. I would have loved this place even more if it also served some good draft beer in a small bar but it is not meant to be that type of place. I would highly recommend it to those wanting a quick meal, those traveling through/visiting ( like we were), and of course anyone...
Read moreI love going to Quarterback Club Family Restaurant, especially with my husband's parents. His mother absolutely loves the salads and his dad loves the thickness of the shakes. They even have different flavors of shakes to choose from. They have a lunch/dinner special that's delicious and affordable. The food is top-notch, especially the salads which are always fresh and loaded with toppings. The service is also fantastic - Amanda and Lily are so caring and attentive, always making great recommendations. The only downside is that the spacing in the restaurant could be better. I wish there was more room between the booths, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall great experience. I highly recommend giving this place a try for a tasty meal with...
