Valley’s Edge Steak and Seafood — Restaurant in Northfield

Went with friends before a show We all ordered drinks and the waitress was nice enough When we ordered our food - she literally was angry and visibly annoyed with us that we didn’t order “enough” as far as we could tell My husband ordered a prime rib and she asked “is that all you want?” Then I ordered a salad as well as my two friends - her response was rude with tone and facial expression- “ that’s all you want?” My husbands prime rib came out within 10 min We waited about 5-10 min and I attempted to wave her down - she looked at me and grimaced and went to another table - never came over to ours and went to the kitchen and brought out our salads . From that point on she mumbled and never gave us eye contact . I was so embarrassed I suggested this place and will never again return So...

I've had this problem when it was KOSAR'S and it continues with VALLEY'S EDGE trying to make a reservation online AND without success, I tried by calling the restaurant. #1 Trying to make a reservation online 5 months ahead does not work and should. #2 I then called during hours of operation, but had to leave a message as the voicemail states to do for reservations. I gave specific reservation details, also asking for a text or email confirmation. I waited a full week and received neither. I called, Tatyana answers where I now find out that no reservation is held under my name. She promptly made my reservation and I quickly got an email conversation. My husband and I dined here for our 44th Anniversary. The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Our server, Mike was so down to earth, kind, and it was a pleasure chatting with him. He was the best. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked perfectly as ordered and melt in your mouth tender! My husband had the special -the Delmonico steak with a lobster salsa on top and again he said it was delicious and cooked perfectly. We even received a beautiful dessert to celebrate our anniversary! Even the chef came out to check on our food. The atmosphere is really classy. We would definitely dine here again soon!...
