Wendy's — Restaurant in Northfield

I typically like Wendy’s. I don’t eat a lot of fast food, but when I do, Wendy’s is usually the preferred spot. This in particular location was not so good. We came here after being frustrated with the long wait time at Chido across the street. We pull into the drive through, wait our turn, and pull up to the ordering speaker. The screen was not working, so we could not follow along with our order, and the person taking our order seemed to have a tad bit of trouble understanding. We get our food and pay with a $100. They didn’t tell us they didn’t have change until they came back 5 minutes later with it. We could’ve given them a smaller bill if it would have saved us the time, but the blue bill was readily available and not in the wallet in the backseat. Whatever, not too big of a deal. We get our food and drive away. The fries are a bit soggy. Compared to other local Wendy’s locations, this is very subpar. The other locations typically have crispy fries. Maybe just the time of the day at around 8pm on a Monday. If we had time, we would have went back and just asked for them to be replaced. Then we notice they forgot our S’Awesome sauce! We do enjoy the S’Awesome sauce with the fries and were very disappointed in the whole ordeal. I’m not going to say I’ll never go back. It’s very likely this was just one bad experience and it will be better next time. On the bright side, the sandwiches were just as ordered...

I don't know what's going on with this Wendy's. I went there ordered a Dave Deluxe double meal, and some stuff for the kids. My burger was messy, grease falling off of it, the lettuce looked old, it was a mess. It wasn't good at all. One bite and tossed it. I don't expect them to be perfect, fast food is fast food, but atleast care about your job and do it to the best of your ability until you get something better. The Fries were cold, the burger was cold, and the drink tasted more like water than anything.

Extremely disappointing even from a fast food restaurant. Unfortunately I rarely send anything back, or take anything back, I don't want someone to be upset with my complaint and do something to my food, the world we live in. Wendy's I expect better, a decent looking burger, prepared well enough to look at, and it should definitely be hot. I see why it's years in between the time I eat Wendy's, but this one was definitely a no, maybe I'll give them another shot soon and update the review if...

Wendy's is great the ( Staff is a little ghetto you have some great supervisors there that make sure your orders correct and make sure you get the things that you need then. It's the ones that don't care that you you speak in the speaker she ask what you would like. In get to the window and they give you what they want you to have but I have. Lot of different incidents at Wendy's but it's still a go-to place when you have more a lot of kids I have I'm feeding three grandchildren my son and sometimes myself so that's a lot of food to order and they have the $5 meals to drink the big emails they have a drink you get the drink nuggets french fries and a sandwich and my son pee three of those meals easily by herself so yeah Wendy's a group is a great go to staff is less to be desired but the the food is majority majority of the time it's hot it's only for me on what supervisors with him not some supervisors more accurate than others but so good...
