McDonald's — Restaurant in Norton

Worst McDonald's that I have EVER been to. My friends and I had to wait 50 min to get our food. The manager skipped over my order and removed it from the food screen causing him to completely forget my order. When I nicely brought it to their attention the manager working was completely rude. When I finally did get my food, they got it wrong, even though I gave them my receipt so they would know what it was. They locked the store's doors early preventing new customers to come in; ~9:30. The store was understaffed and the manager was incompetent. My friends and I ended up getting kicked out because we didn't know that we weren't suppose to allow anyone in. And like I said it was 9:30 and the store is suppose to close at 12am. I opened the door for ONE person not thinking and I came back in to finish my food to get screamed at by the manager. If I could I would give this McDonald's a lower rating. As someone who has worked at a McDonald's before, I understand how stressful it can get, but there is a way to act and present yourself as an employee of McDonald's. That night the manager working acted nothing like what a manager should act like towards customers and his fellow crew members. He was lazy, rude, disrespectful, and as said before, incompetent. This is the place where the attendants are the most bitter and unprofessional I have ever met in the world. I spoke three times at Speker about my order (just a simple sandwich) and the attendant repeated it to confirm. When I got to the window, the guy in purple gave me the card and after charging me gave me the wrong order. He reluctantly asked for the card to return the money and looked like he didn't know what he was doing. When the attendant arrived, she closed the window and spoke to him. which made me understand that she had already made several wrong orders. She rolled down the window and told me to turn the car around and place my order again as they had other orders to deliver (there were about 7 cars behind mine). I said no, I wanted my sandwich and she was the one who made the mistake, not me. She said she was going to call the police. I couldn't believe it. She could have taken my card and told me to go to the parking lot and bring my sandwich. that simple. If you ask for dipping sauce with your food you probably won’t get it. This is the 3rd time in the last month that I’ve gotten home to no sauce. They constantly disregard the part where you say what condiments you do and don’t want or have an allergy to. They are great at ignoring people who come into the place to get food. This is the 2nd time I was there for over 7 minutes without so much as a hello, or I need a minute. They disregard allergies. Plus side the food is always hot and fresh. Between the 4 meals I got and the +$40 spent each time, I’ve throw out 2 meals that couldn’t be fixed at home. Pickles and mustard leave behind a taste that can’t be wiped off. So yes they had to go to the trash. No I can’t force my disabled child to ignore these condiments. Most times don’t have the option to bring the food back to be replaced.
