Nick's Pizza — Restaurant in Norton

This is a borderline 3 star place but I'll leave it at 4 star until I change my mind.

Initial appearance inside is not good. It's old and dingy and looks worn down and out dated. That being said I won't hold too much against them for the appearance, although a good cleaning could help immensely.

The staff is usually one lady who does phone, cook and cashier, they may have a driver as well. Skeleton crew isn't always great for service, which was lacking. The temperament of the staff was mediocre and they could use some more cheerful greetings and smiling can take you a long way with customers, but the general attitude was as run down as the appearance.

With everything negative with appearance and service, the pizza was pretty good. The sub sandwiches are big and are a good deal during lunch time specials.

The menu is far too large for such a small place. It would be good for the business to narrow food options and focus more on quality and appearance of the food.

Will eat again here soon and if nothing is better I will drop one star. If it gets worse after the next 2 visits it will go down to 2 star and I will leave it at that. As of Aug 2022 I initially rate it 4 star (generous start to give local food...

i spend at least $40 there . i spent $17 around 3 pm on a Wednesday. My double cheese burger was mush , my fries mush and my cheese sticks .. well the cheese was like a pull and peel and the crust was mush . i got potato salad and half was warm from being on top of all the warm food . i called hoping to get a refund and they offer %10 off and i said no . Now I’ve been offered $5 off . I thought this was a great place and i have been let down . Drivers are great but watch what you order . im very dissatisfied with Nick’s pizza . I actually find it hard to rate this a 5 and at the same time a four stars review isn't justified. Their food is downright awesome. My little brother loves the bacon cheesy fries, we have a family of 6 with a infant baby who sometimes tries to steal our food. So basically, it is rather expensive to order out for 7 people. However, Nick's Pizza is one of the few places that actually has a coupon meal deal that actually feeds everybody. Pizza chicken and jojos; come on it's a classic combo that makes the taste buds happy. The only complaint is that sometimes I have to request the chicken be made well done because it comes back still pink in certain spots otherwise. Recommend this place to all....
