Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Norton

I ordered a separate order today to send to my husband and specifically told them to assign drop off after 10pm. I get a message from my husband he just got in trouble because I ordered him food of 2 8 piece boneless wings and asked for them to be delivered after 10pm. The one who checked me out said that wasn't a problem. I get a message from my husband at 8pm as I'm getting our daughter ready for bed that the company employees couldn't follow simple instructions and it was delivered to early. They just caused a whole fight where my husband is at over them delivering it to to early. Smh! I called store and the guy who answered just didnt have any words to say. I will be calling hire ups because ive never had this problem before ordering for my husband ahead of time and it being delivered at the time i asked for it to...

Used to be great when I moved into the area a year ago but they have continually gone downhill. Last night was the 3rd time a ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and received a pizza without BBQ sauce. To make matters worse the crust was terrible. I ordered a hand tossed crust and received pizzas with a paper thin, mushy crust. That was a first. And there must be a shortage on sauces or something because everytime I order wings I get a squirt of sauce on an 8-piece. I should stop torturing myself and stick to the hometown favorites...

Ordered 2 pizzas and wings, wings were great, and the first pizza was fine, but the 2nd had so much sauce that the cheese and all of the toppings slid around everywhere. Toppings werent very easily distributed either. Bacon was all piled up on one quarter of the pizza and mushrooms that i has asked to be on only half was all over the entire pizza. Since there was so much sauce it was practically inedible, it tasted like a goopy mess and i was only able to force myself to eat 2 slices before i just ended up...
