Subway — Restaurant in Norton

• went in literally last minute on the 4th of July- please give the guy and girl working today a raise. They didn't complain whatsoever, despite it being 5 minutes until close. Could not be more grateful to them, was able to get food for our family after a long day on a trail, we got to enjoy food with our grandma and made her 4th better.Thank you so much,!!! Food was fresh, and delicious*

although I haven't gotten to go here for a while, the last time I was there everything ran smoothly. The employees were friendly, they didn't seem to mind me being indecisive, and even offered helpful suggestions. sometimes when I go to Subway I know what I want, and sometimes I don't... And when an employee knows what is good and what isn't, I do take their advice. usually, most sideways I go to the employees only eat one or two sandwiches, and are not very helpful.... This place however... They seem to know...

This is my first ever review. I usually don’t want to bash anyone with a review. Today changed my mind with the worst customer attitude I have ever seen. This came from the manager on duty at around 1:45 on the 20th of July. Completely and utterly rude from the first words that came out of her mouth. She treated me like I was her ex husband that owed her child support. Cut me off three times as I was putting in my order. Every time she said anything, it was with complete attitude and disrespect. This person need not be working in customer service for anyone...

I recently visited the Subway located in Norton and had a very disappointing experience. The lady named Amber who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed by my presence and rushed me through my order without any courtesy. To top it off, she was cussing and creating a negative atmosphere. She even left a line full of customers waiting while she went outside, leaving us all puzzled. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses...
