The employees were friendly, they didn't seem to mind me being indecisive, and even offered helpful suggestions. sometimes when I go to Subway I know what I want, and sometimes I don't... This came from the manager on duty at around 1:45 on the 20th of July. Completely and utterly rude from the first words that came out of her mouth. She treated me like I was her ex husband that owed her child support. Cut me off three times as I was putting in my order. Every time she said anything, it was with complete attitude and disrespect. Read moreI recently visited the Subway located in Norton and had a very disappointing experience. The lady named Amber who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed by my presence and rushed me through my order without any courtesy. To top it off, she was cussing and creating a negative atmosphere. She even left a line full of customers waiting while she went outside, leaving us all puzzled. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.
