Taco Bell — Restaurant in Norton

Sterile environment. I walked in ordered and I waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and there was nobody in there. Apparently there were fulfilling orders online. I paid 10 bucks for a pop a very lame deep fried cross that apparently was supposed to be a potato cake. I'm not sure if it was even potato. I ordered a grande sausage breakfast burrito just so I didn't have to get a small one like McDonald's. When they finally gave me my food the grande was a small pathetic breakfast burrito with no flavor. I am way past ever attempting to throw away money like that again. Update: pictured is the steak grilled cheese burrito I received. Pretty much a tortilla with a tiny bit of ingredients, half were missing and somehow it had tomatoes on it despite me NOT adding them. Dirty Baja blast was half full. Tried to give em another chance but this place sucks. Go to Barberton or Romig Rd.

If I could give zero stars on tonight’s service I would have. Was closing a hour before they closed, shut down order board while I’m ordering, refused my second order which was ONLY two tacos. Managers hair net was hanging off her hat. My meal was thrown into my bag, my fiesta potatoes must have sat all day they were HARD. TERRIBLE service! This being a new Taco Bell and being nice this shouldn’t be happening whatsoever. Your night staff is RUDE. And they need trained again or reprimanded.
