Adalberto's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Norwalk

Not sure why the reviews are so low. I've been here twice and my food was great each time. And both cashier's were super nice. I got a Texas burrito tonight and I asked the cashier if the chicken was good (I usually only get carne asada) and she assured me that I would love it. And I did! Very good shredded chicken inside. The burrito was a decent size. There is a little salsa bar with chips that you can take to go. Loved both of the red salsas. The green salsa was very good too but just a tad too salty. It appears these salsas are made there which is extra points. I'm tired of all these salsas that places serve that seem to come in some giant jug or something. What kind of Mexican places doesn't make their own salsa? I will be back...

So I had this yesterday for breakfast, I had a breakfast burrito it had egg and steak in it, which that's what the menu said which I respect, but unfortunately the burrito had no flavor the steak meat was very chewy very grayish I mean even the eggs were not that well or tasteful so unfortunately I wanted to just give it a review maybe it would help the business and changing maybe their chef and making an easy not too hard breakfast burrito. Unfortunately it sucks that I spent the money there for it to be as terrible as it was, I leave this review to help the business not to hurt...

Everything was amazing!! Food was everything you would expect; perfectly seasoned, cheesy, and the salsa is bomb!! Saw some people complaining about the prices but I think they are fair for the amount of food you get. I got the Number 5 enchilada and taco combo and I barely finished it, so satisfying. The staff was very friendly and handled the order very well. One of the best parts of this spot is they have a drive thru so it's super quick. The Jamaica was also especially tasty.
