Reservoir Hill Park — Attraction in Cerritos

It's a cute small park witha little hill. However, smokers come by in the evening and hide in the back to do a smoke session a lot. In addition, there's a lot of local moms who let their kids play on the playground despite the clear signs to not do so and tape everywhere.
