Dominos must work in their peoople they make me head their company i called this store to request a delivery to my adreess they refuse my order because i must call the downey store.. (before i called my local store in downey they refuse speak spanish when they can and just told me waith in line, i was in line 15 mnts,) i called norwalk store and explain it and tell them your store is only 8 mnts to my adress why you cant send me my order she just said she cant do that, then i called again to downey store i was mad and told the man in the line i want some one in spanish or call the manager then answer a woman in spanish she was in rude mode and told me before i told her my order if i want it i have to waith 2 hours for delivery it was 9:45 pm they close at 12 before it never took that time because my aunt request it in fluid english i tried my english and the man in line said dont understend my english , seriusly i like pizza dominus, but this kind of people? i prefer buy a 7 eleven pizza or other store where people give good service to...
Read moreOn Friday January 17th Approximately 8pm I placed an order for pizza and requested it be well-done. An hour later when the pizza arrived at my door I noted it was not well-done. I called the store and spoke with Jackie regarding my order and wanted to order a new one she was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager to which she responded ' I am the manger' and hung up. I called back at 10 pm to check on the order and I was put on hold for 15 min. I called back and she said it was delivered. I said it was not then she said I will check with the driver and placed the call back on hold and never returned.
I can expect that kind of behavior from an employee but from a manger is astonishing and a bad reputation on the Domino's brand.
Domino's should investigate the franchisee as this is not the first poor experience I have had...
