I would like to state the waitress was extremely knowledgeable, informative, respectful, friendly, and all around outstanding. The ambience was chill and decent. It has its regulars, which is good. It was quiet and rowdy at the same time, if this makes sense, since it is still a bar. I deducted 3 stars for three reasons. I took a star off because the Philly cheese steak my grandpa ordered was unpleasantly salty and rather dry. There also wasn't much cheese and really no flavor, unfortunately. He stated it was the worst Philly Cheese Steak he’s ever eaten. He also stated his sweet potato fries were over-seasoned with salt. I decided to remove another star since my grandma did not enjoy the margarita pizza she shared with her sister. She felt the pizza was too thin, crunchy, and a bit hard to eat. The cheese was also too salty for her. Another star was removed because I did not enjoy my pizza either, despite it being a custom pizza. I should have asked what type of goat cheese they used instead of assuming it was the same type I use when I make homemade pizza. The goat cheese tasted fine; the problem I had was with the sauce, thin crust, and the honey hot chicken. I felt the sauce was unappetizing and had a strange taste. The thin crust was unpleasant and felt a bit undercooked; the honey hot chicken lacked any taste of honey or hot sauce, it just tasted like grilled chopped chicken. Despite eating the whole 12-inch pizza, since I had not eaten all day, it was rather disappointing and ironic that the waitress even noticed I was not satisfied with the meal. My family and I had high hopes since a family friend we were visiting recommended this place, and spoke highly of this place's food and diversity. Overall, my family and I will most likely not dine here again. We essentially just ate the food since we were all starving...

We came in today with a table of 7 people, all of us ordered either salad or burgers. It took well over an hour and a half for us to get our food which is beyond ridiculous for some burgers and salad. When the food came out to the table the burgers were cold and I had grilled chicken on my salad which was also cold. During our hour and a half wait we attempted to speak to our waitress Lisa and ask her how long it was going to take for our food to come out and if we could have our checks because we had an engagement that we needed to go to. We were already going to be late with how long our orders were taking. She stated she would go check and completely avoided us and ignored our table for over 20 minutes. At one point I had to walk up to her myself to ask for a drink refill for our table. Food came out and it was utterly disappointing and not worth the wait. We were still waiting for the checks that we asked for previously with no acknowledgement from Lisa once again except for some eyerolls. At this point one of the women from our table had to get up and ask another waiter for to go boxes and our checks. Right after that I went and asked for a manager because that's ridiculous that we have to wait our own tables at an establishment where we are paying for service and food. A gentleman came out and apologized and said he would give our table coupons and he supposedly went to go get them and we never saw him after that and we never recieved any coupons. I would avoid this place, this is my second time eating here and both times...

I went to dinner on Valentines Day with my parents and had the worst service EVER and our waitress’s attitude wasn’t even the worst part. Don’t get me wrong I understand it was busy and crazy, but there is no reason we should have been treated the way That we were. 1. We waited for Our food for over an hour. We noticed some people that had walked in AFTER us and had gotten their food within 15-20 mins, mind you we had been waiting for ours for 30mins when we noticed. 2. When we reached 40 mins waiting for our food, our waitress FINALLY decides to tell us that our food will be out shortly. 3. When we decided to finally leave our waitress says “oh look your food is right here, do you want it?” So my father said no and that he would like to speak to a manager, she ignored our request. We waited 5 mins more. My father asked the bartender if we can speak to a manger, he ignored our request. Then one of the waitors brings our food over, but we told him we didnt want it and that we would like to speak to a manager. He didn’t even bother to say ANYTHING. We even wanted to at least pay for our drinks, we asked our waitress for the check 3 TIMES! And we got ignored! Never will I ever return to this...

By far one of my favorite places to eat and drink. You're not going to get typical bar food. You're going to get a very delightful meal. You can get something light. Or get down with one of their delicious burgers. A great variety of food and yet the menu is not overwhelming. They always have options on great beer. Something everyone's palate. Right now they have "Maine lunch" on tap. I highly recommend it. On Wednesdays dropping for some trivia. Runs from about 7:30 to 8:45. Always a pleasure with the wait staff. Very accommodating and friendly. Also I would like to mention their brunch they have every Sunday. I posted two pictures of the brunch breakfast. I'll add the collection next time I go to brunch :) If you are visiting out of town this is a perfect place for a variety of reasons.

Absolutely incredible food at Dry Dock. The “Bee’s Knees” burger (with goat cheese, bacon, caramelized onions, and truffle-honey) was to die for!!!! Don’t even get me started on the crispy sweet potato fries—my stomach is growling just thinking about it. The service was quick and friendly, with lots of seating. The waitstaff was able to accommodate the Penn State Alumni Association for the Penn State/Ohio State watch party we had—and did a fantastic job of getting the food out quickly and maintaining patience with us. :) Highly highly recommend Dry Dock and your next lunch or dinner spot in Norwalk!
