Walgreens — Local services in Norwalk

Bad customer service. I came to the store to buy something with a walgreens gift card and unfortunately the card did not work right when it was time to pay. The two cashiers at that moment did not take the time to see if it was something wrong with the card. I told them that the card has balance and it was activated and asked them if it is any other method that you can type in the card manually. Both of them just rushed me to pay with a different card. I was at the register just before 3pm on November 2nd. The cashier kept taking his mask off and the entire time was complaining about how he shouldn't have to wear it. The whole interaction was just extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

UPDATE: made the mistake of coming into this store 3 years later and was met with the same obnoxious, unprofessionalism and incompetence. No idea how this place even stays...

not a bad store but the cashier didn't accept my out of state (but still perfectly in date and everything) id while i was buying allergy meds. i didn't have the energy to ask for a manager and make a whole thing of it, but please, please, as learn how out of state licenses work?? or at least call someone over? someday that could seriously...
