Tacos Y Mariscos Mi Pueblo — Restaurant in Norwalk

I ordered tacos here. There was a menu next to the ordering area and it said tacos were $2 (in Spanish) for a special day? $2 (in English). So I showed them the picture of the $2 tacos and ordered 3 tacos. But later when the food came out, she asked me to pay $10. When I asked if it was $2, she said it was only for Mondays and Wednesdays. (I don't speak Spanish so I thought it was lunch.) So I asked them if it was $2.50 but it wasn't $10? The lady told me that the menu was old and that it had gone up to $3. I clearly pointed to the picture and the price ($2) when I ordered and she didn't say it went up to $3 at the time. And they didn't even apologize later. When I got home, I thought I should have just stopped picking them up. The price went up when I pointed to the menu and if it was a different day, they should have told me. This is nothing more than forcing a price increase on a menu with incorrect prices without even correcting them. There was no apology at all. I do not...

My primary issue is that the menu was misleading, and the plate I ordered was way below expectations. In the menu it was listed as Chiles Rellenos, plural, as in more than one. So naturally I was expecting two, which is what you get at most places - and especially for the price they are changing. I was very disappointed when the plate came, saw that there was only one, and that it was both small and soggy. I am a huge Chiles Rellenos fan, and I am constantly trying new places, looking for the best in town. The one I ate today was one of the WORST I have had, as well as being the most expensive. D-/F.

The milanesa sandwich my wife ordered was quite good. My son said his pastor burrito was "OK", but nothing special. The final cost for three of us to have lunch...

Worst place ever, worst experience visiting this place. We asked for pozole and we saw a price on the menu and our server charged us a totally different price saying that the prices had already changed and increased and she didn’t let us know in advance. We definitely felt robbed. Also we asked for some plain tacos and she charged us a different thing and said that since she couldn’t change it on the register, we were supposed to pay for it even if we didn’t ask for it, and we didn’t received it. Terrible experience, awful customer service and definitely these people...
