Luxury Inn — Hotel in Norwalk

Positive: Large room size and large mirrors.. Negative: I didn't like that the swimming pool and jacuzzi were drained, not a drip of water inside. Upon arrival the man at the front desk was very not personable, almost rude/ nonchalant in his interactions upon checkin. Also, I have never had an issue getting a later checkout at ANY place I have stayed at. I didn't even request a 12 oclock, it was for 11:30. He said no. Then I told him that I just needed a little bit of time, he said 11:15. I said can you please make it 11:30 just incase I'm not done. I also said that I may even finish before 11:30. He then said 11:20.... wow.. I've never experienced a place be that stingy. Then as my fiance and I were in the parking lot ready to leave, the man sees us and says, "is the key in the room?" Not even good morning, or even how was your stay. FYI to the people here, when your rude to people, your paying customers will then write about every thing that they were willing to overlook. But because your customer services was so off putting, I will write a full review. Negatives: I was woken up by hearing a bed constantly hitting the wall in rapid succession and a woman moaning (obviously they were having sex) The pool jacuzzi were empty Dead fly in the bathroom broken arm on one of the chairs very poor/old fashioned lighting bloodstain or something on the sheet dusty appliances and furniture customer services Positive: Large room Full mirrors ...

I called early inn the morning to make a reservation for my family including my elderly parents one whom is handicap and requires a handicap accessible room. I asked for 2 separate rooms, both with a king size bed. The lady on the phone said yes they have them and RESERVED my 2 rooms. After driving 4 long hours in traffic my family arrives. Parking was pretty empty besides 2 or 3 vehicles. I walk into the lobby to an unfriendly staff member who clearly doesn't want too be bothered by us, but I let him know I had reservations anyway, before I could say anything further he cuts me off saying that I don't have any reservations... Not one time did he greet me or make eye contact. He said only 1 room with 2 double beds was left for 85.00. After explaining that many father is handicap and that a double bed will not work. He turned off the lights and left. I will never return here not would I recommend anyone staying here unless you want some unprofessional...
