Sad to write this review as I used to love the sono baking company. After calling in my order this morning and walking in to pick it up I was immediately met with attitude from your two women working the counter. After receiving my food, I asked if there were utensils in the bag for which I got a quick but annoyed āyeah.ā I waited for my small latte with oat milk, and was also met with attitude when receiving that. I get out to my car only to notice there were no utensils in the bag causing me to walk back in to request two sets of utensils which I was rudely told āthey are behind youā. About 15 minutes after drinking my coffee I realized I was not given oat milk but in fact whole milk and have been sick ever since. Your restaurant is an absolute joke. I will not be...

Buritto sandwich has been one of my favorites until today. Something has changed in the recipe that made it a bit watery and less tasty. Same to the omlettes. Regarding the service, stuff french toast was one of the items we ordered and we received the regular one instead served by the same lady who took our order. I told her that order was incorrect and her response instead of apologizing was "no that is what you ordered and the other was is more expensive". Really? It the response you are giving to your customer? Instead of apologizing and trying to do something to fix the mistake? She eventually changed our order but it will certainly remained...
