2 bigger VR machines are $10/ride. Rides are 3-5 minutes. Smaller ‘VR machine’/the ball pit is absurd. It’s a screen you throw balls at. Not in a fun way. It was $10/person, unlimited, but a series of games from ~2003 including candy crush.
After that it’s the arcade games. At $5/game. There are 4 that work on the card you can buy. One is the coloring game you can do for free at Norwalk aquarium or la Guardia airport. Another is basketball, but don’t expect the score to deliver tickets or prizes. It’s just to shoot a ball at a hoop. Space invaders and claw machine don’t work on that card. It was frustrating and could have been avoided with transparent information from the staff. We left with money still on the cards, feeling like it...

Confusing prepaid card system that only works on select games (the rest of the games you need to whip out your credit card AGAIN); the ride-on games never work and are sitting in darkness taking up half of the overall space. For such a wonderful mall, this is a missed opportunity to actually attract and make money off of families who's kids really want to play. How cute to Make this an old fashioned arcade with skiball and fun things that everyone can get into...or at least just install games that actually work so this can be a destination for kids. Families are eager to entertain kids at the mall so please lift a finger...
